That was pitiful. Pitiful they said about 13 minutes it was 15 minutes when I went in they said about 5 more minutes that's fine 25 minutes later I asked where is my pizza it's coming out now i ordered the build your own for 999 i ordered extra cheese sausage and pepperoni when I got home and they opened it up we all started laughing that was the most pitiful looking pizza I had ever seen it was bubbled up and one piece didn't even have anything on it regular pizza had more cheese than my extra cheese had on it the only thing I can think of to say about it is pitiful

Just another place in Harrodsburg that is HORRIBLE. We ordered a thin crust and got a hand tossed, ok that’s fine. Then ordered two orders of wings, 1-BBQ, 1-Hot and holy cow talk about being small and slimy. Most of the wings were smaller that my thumb, and not crispy at all. Just slimy covered in sauce. Yeah won’t be going back.

Decided to give Papa John’s a try because they’re slightly closer. Should’ve just walked to Domino’s barefoot in the rain instead. Took over an hour to get three pizzas, which arrived with all the warmth of a cold shoulder. Toppings were huddled in the center like they were scared to use the whole crust, and the gluten-free crust? Pretty sure I could have used it to re shingle my roof. Delivery driver somehow took 35 minutes to travel less than a mile did he walk backwards? Domino’s might not be gourmet, but at least their pizzas arrive hot, toppings in the right zip code, and before I’ve aged a year. Papa John’s? I’m good.
The guys working were very professional with an upbeat attitude! I'm definitely coming back when I'm in the area again! Thank you, Papa!

Ordered pizza with extra sauce, well done and cut into squares. Anthony repeated order back to me. Had trouble entering card so my wife decided to pay at pick up. She did not know what I ordered so just brought it home. No extra sauce, not well done and not cut into squares. On another note... We get orders for a neighbors house very frequently and they say there's nothing they can do to fix the problem. I'm just going to start taking the food they bring. I won't eat it, but I'm sick of them coming here late at night with someone else's food.

This is what you get at the Harrodsburg store even when you order and pay for extra toppings. Only found 1 pep on one piece and even went in to ask them about it. Had better pizza on buffets. $35 for a two extra top pizza and bread sticks and this is what you get. Called the manager and basically got hung up on. Will def eat Little Caesar’s from now on and will never give another penny to Harrodsburg Pappa John
They wouldn't accept my coupon, which by itself isn't a big deal but the bearded gentleman behind the counter spoke to me like I was a child trying to get away with a trick.
He claimed because the address on the coupon was Louisville the coupon wasn't valid. Even after I pointed out that address is the Papa John's headquarters he still wouldn't accept it, all the while patronizing me. Definitely left me feeling unsatisfied (and hungry)
Terrible service. Waited 1 hour for just one box of garlic knots and when I left they just continued to say 15-20 more minutes. Will never be back. Was doing absolutely nothing just staying there on their phones in front of everyone with out a care in the world

They have a couple of tables inside and chairs if you decide you just want to sit there and eat. The workers are kind and the pizza is hot and fresh. It's really not that expensive. If you need to use the bathroom just let the worker know. The bathroom is in back. You do have to walk through the kitchen to reach the bathroom. I felt awkward going to the restroom but I just stayed on one side near the office on my way to the restroom. It's a very clean place and again workers are very respectful. Thank you.

Terrible management. Especially that lady, Alesha. Large and lazy... talks down to customers and employees.
Acts incredibly annoyed to have to interact with disabled people.
Reporting to corporate.

One of the employees has autism. Have observed the manager, Alesha, repeatedly talking down to him, treating him poorly and otherwise acting in a disgusting manner. This attitude doesn't seem to be extended to the other employees.
This is troublesome to see. We will not be back and will inform others.

We ordered two pizzas, a cookie dessert and breadsticks for delivery, a $60 purchase. About 40 minutes later, we check to see how much longer before it would be delivered, and it literally showed as being 6 minutes out; but 20 minutes later— a full hour after ordering— there was still no pizza. Calling, we were told the driver just got back, so it would be less than 15 minutes till it got to us. Upon delivery, we were still disappointed… not only was our food cold, but “light sauce” was made as NO sauce on both pizzas, and the toppings literally fell off before you could even pull a piece off.
