This is how I received my tator tots. Shame on the person who cooked them and shame on the runner person for letting them get to me like this. What’d they do step on them? And for 3 orders of tator tots I asked for ketchup and got 2 packs. I asked for more and got 2 more packs. They act like the ketchup is coming out of their pocket.

We spent $23 tonight on an order that included two BLT’s. One of them did not have a tomato. Neither of them contained a whole slice of bacon. When I called back to tell them about the order, the male that identified himself as the manager said that they were busy and offered no apology. As a matter of fact, I think he hung up on me. I was very polite, but considering we waited, almost 10 minutes for our order. I think they could’ve done better, both in the quality of their food and their attitude.

Went to get a couple sonic blasts. We ordered smalls. They say they dont have small cups. Alright, no biggie. We ordered mediums. Paid for mediums. And when we got them it's pretty much a small but in a medium cup. If I could post a picture of the sad blasts with this i would. It was just a hair over halfway in a medium cup.... definitely not happy.

Service was terrible. Shakes were great, as always. But am super surprised our order was right as the drive thru person could not repeat it remotely close to want wr wanted. It was only 2 shakes!

Gave it a second chance today (because they had $1 deal), as the first was not a good experience and the food is extremely overpriced. Went thru drive thru both times and the employees were professional and friendly. But the food is at best mediocre. I won't return.

First time I've ever gotten a fast food meal and everything be fresh/hot. Tater tots were salted well and it all came out pretty quickly. Probably the best Sonic experience I've had.

They was rude for no reason, also for some reason don’t have the big straws thats supposed to be used to drink the Boba. Kinda silly considering Danville sonic has them. Go to Danville Sonic!
