Always slow, drinks suck. Walked in the other day for my lunch break, no one acknowledged us or took our orders. Waited about 10 minutes. Shoild have left sooner but wanted the bell. Its most likely the shift you go in.

Hard tacos were placed at the bottom with heavy food on top of them. They were so crumbled the kids had to eat with a spoon. I refused to do that so I threw mine away. Had to make a sandwich at home after spending too MUCH for horrible food 😞

Waited on my order for over an hour, everything else was closed and the manager wouldn't let me use the bathroom talking about his manager watches cameras. Felt like popping a squat behind thd restaurant. This place is the slowest restaurant in harrodsburg and probably the region.

Waited thirty minutes only to find out they gave my food away to someone else. I had already been on the road since leaving my hospital shift in ETown at 3:30 with another thirty minutes left to get home. Was tired and just wanted to bring a quick meal home to my family. Guess not
I should have known better!!!!!. Order was wrong, they left out a Chalupa, the order taker had to be corrected twice. And the food was not very good. I read the bad reviews, and I should have know better

Orders often wrong. They must've fired the autistic guy who worked night shift because I haven't seen him in a bit and he always got things done quick and efficient. Lol it's fast food what do you expect, they fix it when it's wrong that's all you can expect.

So me and my friend went through the drive thru around 1:30 pm and there was only 1 car in the drive thru and we had to sit and wait for 8 mins at the speaker. Thats fine and well I don’t really mind to wait but the older, light brown haired lady was just rude. Her attitude was so nasty and I understand if you don’t like your job but at the end of the day it’s still your job. My quesadilla was cold in the middle too the cheese wasn’t even melted like be so fr yall.

Started they was out of biscuits. Then out of breast. Then forgot my coleslaw and drinks. After going back in to tell them about the drinks and coleslaw they acted Ike I was just trying to get free stuff. Finally got the drinks but no coleslaw. Do better or close.
