I’m not sure who the young woman with the greasy black hair is working at the bakery in Walmart Harrodsburg, but she was incredibly rude when I went to pick up my cake. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for someone in customer service. I understand that people have bad days, but this was beyond that. She acted irritated with me for simply wanting to pick up an order. The entire experience was unnecessarily frustrating, and while I doubt anything will change—since it’s Harrodsburg and staffing can be difficult—I hope she is either given additional training or reassigned to a role that doesn’t involve interacting with customers.

I love walmart in Harrodsburg..I shop for people and have alot of questions sometimes about where certain isles or items are and they never act aggravated.

Walmart is pretty much the same no matter where you are at. From TVs to apples, it has it all. For back to school shopping it is the place to go. Great to go after any holiday, because all of the holiday stuff goes on sale.
