Management should know how unprofessional this location is. I have come here multiple times to have nobody greet me. None of these employees know how to steam milk for a Latte. There is literally a girl sitting up on the countertop on her laptop with her dirty shoes up on the counter. The countertop is not wiped, and the tables are dirty with straw wrappers all over the floor. This is like a teenager girls playground. If you are going to hire a bunch of children to run a coffee shop at-least train them to make a half way decent latte. Very unprofessional.
Im not into bombing places in reviews but this should be said.This was around 2:20. If this were the first time id had a negative experienced i would not have said anything.
The girl working the register at this time however, is actually always very kind and cordial with a good attitude, and professional demeanor.

I just left with my order. I got a apple cider caramel frapp and a maple bourbon frapp. We haven't been in a few years because of bad drinks. We thought we would try. The apple caramel is weak can barely taste it and the maple bourbon taste like straight dark coffee. YUK

Never heard of or seen Biggby before, so stopped by to check it out. Coffee was…ok (if ordering larger sized coffee, make sure to ask for extra shots). Other drink options like matcha and turmeric latte’s were pretty good. Nice space, service was super quick, staff are friendly and they even have games to keep little ones occupied :)
