I went here today and the customer service here was not good and the staff were not friendly. The girl who took my order seemed like she had an attitude when I was trying to decide what I wanted to order. This was my second time coming to this location and I will not be back.

I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!

Brunette girl with bun was very rude and visibly annoyed when I asked for my order to be fixed. Ordered a toasted cheese ciabatta and it wasn’t even toasted. my drink was hot instead of frozen. I understand everyone has their days but be able to come to work without being rude. My fixed sandwich took forever and it was still not toasted completely.
ETA: I was not rude and even apologized as I have anxiety when it comes to these kind of things asked for a frozen drink and my sandwich to be toasted again. I understand how it’s upsetting to remake however, An attitude was not warranted and the sandwich was clearly not toasted enough as the cheese is not even melted. As a paying customer, I deserve to have my order how I want it. I do apologize if I accidentally selected a hot drink but the customer service was still not good either way.

Best coffee. Period. Fast service. Their coffee is for people who actually enjoy coffee. Blows everyone (specifically Starbucks and Duncan) out of the water. Every other coffee joint should be worried when a bigby opens close by.

I feel like the coffee drinks at other Biggby Coffee joints taste better than this Biggby. Also, too sunny to sit inside and enjoy your drink in the mornings. Not the most aesthetically pleasing interior. Service and staff are stellar!

Biggi coffee is a great alternative when you are on the road and get a coffee and a bagel.For me the bagel was ok I ordered with turkey and cheese, they put a small amount of turkey ?.The coffee was extremely hot that almost I burn my tongue. But taste good.The ambience is clean and nice.I park on the front of the building.Other Biggi is only for take out but this one in Hebron is really nice.
