I fly through CVG frequently and try to grab Blaze, but there’s always at least a 30-minute wait, and the only crust option available is keto. Not ideal for travelers on tight schedules or with different dietary preferences. Would love to see faster service and more options.

There was only one staff member behind the counter. When we walked up to order he just said 30 minutes nothing else, over and over... He did that to the few other potential customers that walked up as well. The place smelled amazing, but staff could be trained in customer service skills better.

The pizza was delicious and the staff was great. They even recommend the sauce to out on my pizza. The spicy pepperoni was very good. The server was great he even showed us the ozza machine they have to flatten the doo. The atmosphere was ok a little crowded not alot of space. They do appreciate the military and was thank for service. That was very nice. Definitely will come back

I really didn’t like the behavior of the staff. I usually leave huge tip in food places but this one, wow, not worth at all. The food is alright but the staff very disrespectful and racist. It’s my first time at blaze pizza, me or any of my friends are never eating here or at any other branches again!!!

One time (outgoing) y'all say you're closed for 30 mins and I can't order before my flight. Okay cool. But coming back we were excited to learn we'd be back in time for Blaze (7:15, online says closes at 8), after 3 hours of delay. And no one at the front? We hear y'all washing dishes and we're tryna (respectfully) shout "Hello?" Nothing. Now I got to say something. Only 2 Blazes in Cincinnati. Don't get labeled the bad one.

Manager decided to scold me for coming up to get my pizza. Someone else had ordered a similar pizza about 5 minutes after me and theirs came out first. When I got up in response to get my pizza I got quite a bit of attitude for attempting to get my food.
Passing thru Louisville around dinner time Had never heard of Blaze Pizza Three words: Worst Pizza Ever!!!!!!!! Eat one slice and threw the rest in the garbage. Went across the road to another establishment. Never Again

Extremely slow service. Had to abandon my Pizza in the oven because of how slow the employees behind the counter were and had to be back at my gate. Also felt like I was on an episode of Seinfeld in the soup restaurant. You have to stand in a certain spot or get yelled at. Thankfully I left before paying.
