Went there and got a bagel and ice latte and let me say the young lady Josie was beyond exceptional she was STELLAR she took my order and got me my bagel and iced latte in record time. She was very friendly and very courteous of my time she most definitely is the pride and star of brueggers she most definitely deserves a raise big time. I've had my fair share of good customer service but this service just knocks it way out the ball park. This service alone is what brought a smile to my face, the latte reminded me what my mother use to make for me back in the day back in England and the bagel was just exceptional and this is what will continue to bring me back. Well done Josie and very good job bruegger bagels you did a good job today in hiring someone so smart and talented so stand proud in that and I will MOST definitely be back.

This is my favorite place to grab breakfast or lunch when I am flying out of CVG. The food is always fresh and the coffee is always hot. Special shout out to the manager, Brandon, as he's always smiling!

Not sure why they think it’s okay to blast explicit music at 530am. Also one guy is the only one handling bagels with no gloves on. Keeps touching his face then grabbing the bins to fill back up.

It’s 5:12am and they are just turning on the lights with a line at least 20 deep. You can do better.

They needed another person on Monday morning 7am. Ordered online and got the wrong sandwich and the hasbrowns were cold in the middle. Also had to wait for someone to come over to the left and get my cold brew after I had to ask for it.

As for the pilot that almost missed her fight. I would suggest placing one person all the time on the left side where food is picked up. The pilot was waiting 15 minutes after paying for a plain begal to go. Not toasted. No cream cheese.... 😂 😂 😂

A long, long time ago I was introduced to Bruegger’s Bagels and I really fell in love with the concept. And while I don’t live close enough to a location, whenever I get a chance to, I always try to stop by one. However, after stopping at this location today, I literally may have to rethink that sentiment.

Firstly, I understand that this location is in an airport and will give them some grace there. But this didn’t taste like a bagel, much less one from Bruegger’s.

The cream cheese was too runny making the bagel break-apart, the bagel tasted so bland that I had to remind myself that I’m eating a bagel several times, and the cinnamon sugar bagel was lacking in both cinnamon and sugar.

Ugh.

Absolutely love the CVG airport location. It's a must-get for me every time I fly in or out. The service is always exceptional - fast and friendly, and the bagels are always fresh.
