I really want to like this place but the last 3 times I have went I had a bad experience. I work at the airport and use the app because I don't have time to stand in line. One time I ordered food and drinks had to wait 10 min to ask about my drinks not being with my order. I ordered the more expensive fresh squeezed orange juice 2 of them for me and a coworker. They said we don't do fresh, grab a bottle one. It was a whole dollar difference each and they didn't even offer me my money back. Then I went and ordered bagels for my team, the app said, 3 plain, 3 blueberry, 2 sesame, 2 cinnamon, 2 Asiago a whole wheat and two tubs of cream cheese. I had to stand in line for the cream cheese and then the lady argued with me that it doesn't come with cream cheese and they didn't have the cream cheese it was supposed to come with. It does if you pay for it! When I got back to my office I had no blueberry, one plain no cinnamon, I literally think they gave me the bottoms of the barrel because I didn't know salt bagels was a thing. I was so embarrassed because one of my team members bit into a "sesame" bagel and spit it back out. I had two onion bagels, two salt bagels and and the two everything bagels that were so caked with seasoning it was disgusting. I get it some flexibly with a busy airport but the quality and attitude is going down.

Not much is worse than puking in the airport bathroom right before your flight. Stay away. This place has terrible service and the food makes you sick. Literally sick.

My husband and son both got bagels here and it was almost 18 and they were supposed to be toasted but weren't. When my husband went up to let them know, the manager told him he didn't know anything about bagels and that they're supposed to be doughy. Then she slammed his food on the counter. Very rude and unprofessional and the person making the food was also very unpleasant.

One worker working her butt off, the other just standing there. When I asked if I was in the right place to order she took a tone as if I was an infant who had misbehaved. Very rude l. As I walked away without saying a word I heard another customer say "she's lucky she didn't talk to me like that".

Great bagels- BUT Warning- the server auto added a high amount for a tip when I used the tap feature - $10 tip for two bagels with cream cheese. I was going to give a few bucks in cash but then I saw him do that.

Great bagel. I got a pumpernickel bagel with pastrami, avacado, sun-dried tomato, swiss, double lettuce and tomatoes. All ingredients were good. Avacado was a little bit under-ripe but by no means inedible.

Woman at the till could have spoke up a bit, I had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times as she spoke very softly. No real complaints otherwise.

I think many of the other reviewers are just entitled Karen's.

Vegetarian options: They offer a garden veggies topping as a replacement for meat. In addition you can add extra veggies as your final topping too.

The young lady working the counter was rude and disrespectful. I even gave her a tip only for her to continue her rudeness. After she rang me out she rang me out again and refused to give me the cream cheese they forgot ony sandwich And charged me $4 for the cream cheese that they forgot to put on my sandwich.

Please do not ever leave CVG. I drive from Lexington just so I can have a Bruegger’s Bagel to start my travel journey. The Onion Bagel is the GOAT.

Workers are always hustling. Customers are often grumpy seeing as how they are at the airport at 4, 5, 6am. But the crew here always moves quickly and does their best to move the line and serve their customers. We travelers appreciate your hustle!

Very yummy!! Glad I got a bagel here. The garden veggie cream cheese is delicious!
