Bruegger's Bagels

Around 7:30am ish on a Monday.

Please do not go here, especially if the one lady with the short wig woman of color is making the bagels. She had an attitude before I even got in the line. She stared at me in a way like she didn’t want me to order the food once I got in line and I finally got up to the register. Another young lady was taking me be super nice and I asked how long it will be to toast my bagel because I have to catch my flight and the older lady making the bagels rolled her eyes and said I don’t know And so the cashier just kinda gave an estimate and I was like I’m OK but that’s not even it. I ordered a blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese, and I was given jalapeño cream cheese like who eat jalapeño with blueberry bagels never come here again and I spent Six dollars on this. I feel as though she did this on purpose. I could’ve just went to Chick-fil-A or Wendy’s better bang for my buck.

I ordered for egg sandwich. The egg looked as if it was cooked much earlier in the day. It was not fresh. The bagel itself was small and tasteless. The server looked uninterested.

Is waiting 30 min to get a bagel sandwich… and get the wrong item worth it? NO!

We ordered an everything bagel with smoked salmon, no onion… instead we got a plan bagel (mind you, burnt top… see picture) and LOADS of onions, which we realized after boarding our flight.

This is after we complained about the wait and they “made the order again” because “someone else” must have taken ours.

Of course someone else did! I saw her and confronted her when she did, but she simply walked away saying she was there before me!

The problem is there is no system at all… no order number, no name to the other (unless you order ahead). It is a mess!

It used to be that this particular bagel shop was something you could rely on… quick service, accurate orders and good food.

Sadly, that is not the case anymore and I shall not ever consider this shop… I do not need the aggravation. Wendy’s and Chik-Fil-A are far more efficient…

For an airport quick serve they do a good job as I had the Vermonter breakfast sandwich and it was good. A little messy as it has syrup on it but very good as it was a French toast bagel.

Why is there only one person scheduled on a Sunday Morning at 7am. This is the literal slowest service I’ve ever seen and it’s disappointing to say the least. Glad I’ve got an hour to pass before boarding.

food is not good. Service even worse most notably the feminine gentleman who worked on the morning of 8/2 6:30am (lighter skin complexion, had a sleeveless shirt on and black glasses). He should not be working in the service industry. He was extremely rude. The other staff were friendly. Someone give this man training.

I'm traveling, I know food is overpriced and not always the best. Well, wasn't I deliciously surprised at Bruegger's Bagels. I had the hot pastrami. Unbelievably delicious. Bagel fresh and full of that wonderful everything bagel spices. It competes with the bagels found in NY/NJ area. I wanted 2nds! But I'm seriously trying to change habits and keep calorie deficit diet going. * highly recommend! 🥯

Waited just about an hour for an everything bagel and cream cheese. Much too long to wait.

We had the turkey chipotle bagel and the salmon bagel with no onions or tomato. Both were AMAZING. The everything bagel has a ton of flavor. Chipotle only has a little kick. Bacon was actual bacon. The combination of salmon and capers is always a go to in our book and this did not disappoint.

Ordered two sandwiches - both were delicious. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, decent bagels, and quick. Atmosphere is a food court so not sure how to rate that.

Team was friendly and took my order quickly and the bagel was delicious and fresh baked. The line-up there speaks for itself.

I wish i throwed $14 to Garbage instead of spending on here. Looks lime Everything just thrown inside bagel. you could cut peppers at leasg?
