Unfortunately all signage has been removed and only security lighting is left on inside. Looks like they were closed overnight as I was just at the location earlier this week.

We went through the drive-thru. The lady that waited on us semed a little unaware of what was going on with the restaurant or anything else in general. Hopefully next time I go when there is someone more aware of things. My granddaughter didn't even get 10 pieces of chicken nuggets she got six. I paid for 10. Hopefully next time the person that waits on us can count.

Went the other day and the service was great. It was busy and lunch time but everyone was so friendly. The food was what i expected but the service at this particular BK was amazing. I’m not sure if she was a manager or not but she saw my son and gave us a crown which he loved (even though he doesn’t eat anything). Made sure my sauce was in the bag and gave me a coke for my wait. I will definitely go back if she’s there

very gross interior almost as if they dont clean, food tastes very good its rare that my food is messed up here but i dont actually customize my sandwich like others may, the service is very upfront and fast as if they are only talking to you because the manager says to.

Food was great. I think fries are the best of any restaurant. Counter petson was very upbeat....a pleasant change.

I was just at the Hebron location. I had a mobile order for 2 original chicken sandwiches, one of them plain. When I arrived, there was one other car in the drive thru and myself. I had to wait at the speaker for a few minutes for my order to be taken. Not a problem, I was greeted and asked to look at the menu. I then had to wait at the window, also not a problem. The employee in the window apologized for my wait, I said thank you and pulled around to check my food. I noticed both of them were plain. I did not get the employee’s name but she has short hair, glasses and tattoos. Her response to seeing me again was “what did we mess up?”. Class act, professional. I asked that one of them be made regular, I want to note here that I did not ask for another sandwich. I just asked that lettuce and mayo be added to one of them. She brought me a new sandwich, which I checked. Apparently the recipe for an original chicken sandwich has changed but it had tomato and mayo. I took it back again and when I started explaining what was wrong, the girl with tattoos immediately got loud and started accusing me of being rude and complaining that they were short staffed. I did not raise my voice or curse at anyone. She called for what according to their board was Josh, the assistant manager. Josh came around the counter, made no attempt to defuse his hostile employee and said he would make the order himself. If anyone at Burger King actually reads this, you should be able to see the girl with tattoos standing at the counter near the delivery window flipping me off with both hands and yelling at me as I left around 6:28 PM on Friday, August 30. To which an older man had to remind her there were then children that had come in to the building. The assistant manager, Josh, made attempt to stop, defuse or reprimand the employee even when she was yelling and flipping off customers. What upsets me about this is the way I was treated. I paid for a service that they failed at MULTIPLE times. I was accused of being rude by an entitled employee that just wanted to complain she was short staffed. I have had to work short staffed before too. That does not excuse multiple errors in quality. If I had some advice to offer or anyone cares and you’ve read this far, I would say reprimand the employee. She won’t learn anything if you fire her. She will do the same thing somewhere else. The assistant manager needs some training or needs to grow a backbone and control the shift rather than let an entitled employee cause more chaos in an already difficult situation. And tell the kid making the food to maybe take the earbuds out so he can hear what orders are supposed to be.

**Buyer Beware**
I frequent this location often but only use the drive through. Today I walked... the dining room is absolutely filthy. At first appearance it doesn't look so but look at corner grime and behind the counter. Also, flies flying around everywhere.. literally! Front counter person was very nice (glasses and dreadlocks).. but her pants were very dirty. I get it.. they were probably work pants but the amount of food on her pants, clearly wasn't all from this morning. I can probably even understand... BUT I literally watched her wipe her hands on her pants and then walk over to the tator tots and fluff and stir them with no gloves on ?. I literally walked right out. I'll never go back to this location again. I challenge you as a customer to walk inside this location and judge for yourself if you think I'm exaggerating.
Edit - Look at all the 1 star reviews about how filthy the place is. Wish I had saw this before all my visits smh
