I just picked up 2 bowls there, both chicken. The flavor of the chicken is very different from usual. I called to ask about it and got channeled to an overseas call center EVENTUALLY through an automated menu with no option to talk to someone at Chipoltle. This is very frustrating. They also would not even take any feedback without me disclosing a lot of personal information for "security reasons", which is ludicrous. They didn't want to help the customer at all. Between the inconsistent results related to quality and having to fight for a decent portion, it is no longer a good value.

My experience is very back and forth. I love Chipotle, I eat it loyally but this last trip was very frustrating. I ordered my bowl to go, and it was truly just kind of pathetic. Maybe 3/4 full. Knew it was light as soon as I was handed the bag. It’s just extremely inconsistent at this location.

Wonderful Chipotle location in Hebron! Those ladies there really know what they're doing. So friendly, fast, good portions, and delicious. They even have a Chipotlane for mobile orders & pick up. It's awesome!! The meats, salsas, and toppings are authentic and made from scratch everyday. You can't go wrong with their chicken, barbacoa or carnitas...bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas & salads. I loved dining here! So comfy and cozy when you're not in a hurry. Or, just take it to-go. Great job, y'all, thanks. Will definitely be back again!! 😋

I came in at 10:45 PM on November 19th. First off, to the girl who made my food and the person cleaning the grill – thank you. Y’all were doing your job and I respect that. This is not about you.
This is about the manager on duty with the glasses. I was the only customer there. All I did was ask, respectfully, if it was possible to get a quesadilla. I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t loud. I just asked a question.
Instead of answering me like an adult, you threw your hand up, waved your finger like I’m some little kid, and walked off like you just dropped the mic. That’s not “policy,” that’s disrespect.
If you can’t do it, say, “Sorry, we can’t do that, it has to be ordered online.” Simple. But you chose attitude instead of professionalism.
I come here consistently and I don’t disrespect anyone. So yes, I am going to bring this up to your manager and the people above you. Because if this is how you treat someone who’s here all the time, I can only imagine how you treat someone you don’t recognize.

Do not come to the chipotle unless you want your money taken. I came here at 10:40 right before they opened and instantly regretted it. I ordered a burrito with extra white, double chicken, and cheese. Sheridan gave me the tiniest portions i’ve ever got from chipotle ever. My burrito was baby sized and i was charged 14$ for it?!! I should’ve just walked out cause i’ve never felt like i wasn’t getting what i paid for more than ever. This happens to frequently with chipotle now and im never coming back.
