I’ve ordered a custom chicken burrito from DoorDash and instead, I got a different steak burrito which wasn’t what I wanted. Confirmed with the driver if there were any other orders with the same as mine. There wasn’t but my name only. Bunch of kids can’t the screen to get the order right. All they do is socialized and not making the correct order. Careless. Very disappointed how it turned out. Irresponsible and ignorant.

Took about 15 minutes to get through a short line. Nobody working the food line, 2 people standing next to the cashier and the three of them are just joking around while the line gets longer. They had more people working the mobile orders and were getting those out faster than the orders in the store. I almost considered going outside and making a mobile order.

I used to LOVE coming here, but recently the portions have been SO bad, if I’m paying $10 for one burrito, I expect a bit more. The portions I get almost everytime now, is enough for a growing child. The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but I can’t get past how much I pay for how little I get.

I can't help but give one of my favorite food joints a consistent 3 star review. The consistency is just never there. Whether it be portion size, taste, order being even close to correct.
