I stopped by the Hebron Dairy Queen the other day, and while the food was great, what I saw at the drive-thru was really upsetting.
When I pulled up to the window, I saw a teenage employee being harshly berated by two different adults inside. They appeared to be supervisors or managers. One woman was yelling at him, and then a man started pointing at the drive-thru screen, speaking to him in a really condescending way. The teen looked like he was about to cry as he handed me my food. Another teen who was working nearby stood off to the side, quietly shaking his head, clearly aware that what was happening wasn’t right. The teen being scolded was tall and strong-looking, but obviously young and overwhelmed.
It’s one thing to correct a mistake, but this wasn’t correction. It was humiliation. Right there in front of customers.
I honestly don’t care how good the food is. NO ONE deserves to be treated like that at work, especially not a young person likely just starting out. If this is how management handles things where customers can see, it really makes me question what kind of environment they’re creating behind the scenes.

Always a good place to go. Very little wait time from order to getting my food. I really like crispy chicken salad here. It's a nice large portion, too. The wife likes the burgers with everything on them. And both of us also like the chicken tenders. The staff at this location are friendly, and quick. Usually a couple minute wait for food, but it's cooked fresh and worth a short wait.

Just left there I ask for a blizzard with fudge , it was runnny. Running down the sides of the cup. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up.

Got the Bacon double cheeseburger combo. Delicious sandwich. You normally find at fast-food places the sandwich looks nothing like the menu picture. Every time I go here, the food looks awesome and tastes great. The family who runs this location are always friendly and smiling.

My child went in there and got a sprinkle cone and asked for a side of sprinkles and instead of just giving her a spoon full they charged her $1.50.. like are you serious? No other DQ has ever had an issue giving her a side of sprinkles? You guys buy the entire package for $5 and you’re really going to charge a child $1.50. My respect is lost. 😡 They will no longer be getting my business, I’ll drive to Florence first.
To get extra sprinkles it is one dollar and 5 cents like that should be free you can get sprinkles at a store for 1 dollar.

The staff is friendly and food and treats are made quickly and well. My only complaint is it is not open late enough please extend your hours we would visit regularly if you did.
