Had my order set to be picked up by 1:00pm only 1 pizza and some parm bites! Now 1:16 just got my food but apparently they are short staffed which looked believable considering there was 1 girl working on dozens of orders. Joke of a place

Delivered a salad without a fork, then had a condescending tone when I called in to complain and ask for one. The woman (brittani the manager) asked if I couldn't go to the hotel lobby to get one. She then she put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I called back immediately and they mysteriously couldn't get Brittani on the phone. She should be fired.

Driver refused to deliver the order after driving here, and told me to take it up with her manager. Manager seemed clueless on the phone and wouldn't do anything about the order not being delivered. Refused to give her name over the phone.
