I would not go to this place if I was paid to this place is a toxic no good environment the bathroom door was open the entire time I was eating. Made me sick to be honest I got food poisoning from the food was sick for days not to mention the staff is awful i don’t know who the manager is considering they weren’t on site when I asked for one because they gave me the complete wrong soup they weren’t even there I think this firehouse might just need a new workforce to turn it around.:(

Ordered 4 subs for pickup today. Thanksgiving sub had 1slice of turkey, not nearly enough stuffing or cranberry sauce, didn't get the gravy cup I ordered. The pepperoni pizza sub had a meatball so hard my son hurt his back tooth. The other 2 subs were fine. For 40 bucks we really only got about 20 dollars worth of food. Food was ready on time for pickup and location looked clean, but don't think this location was for us.

Where I'm from the firehouse subs is at on my regular path, so I don't go often. This one the food was delicious, May have to trek over to the one at home

Can't expressed how frustrating it is to have my order messed up literally 5 our of 6 times I come here. No matter how clearly I make the order, it's messed up. And it's strictly because they are not listening and paying attention to what they are doing. And I don't need the manager to memorize my name as a customer, I would be thrilled just to have my order correct when I come here.

3rd time I come to buy lunch at this location. 3rd time I get the same older woman taking my order. 3rd time I watch her struggle and need someone to come help her with the register. And the 3rd time in a row my order wasn't correct. I want to come here but it's difficult when the same person messes up my order every time and CLEARY can't handle what she is doing. I shouldn't have my order messed up every time I come to this location. PLEASE find better help.

One of the few places we can count on to get our order correct. You can only use coupons online which means only credit card. Prefer CASH so we loose out on all coupon deals. Need to change this, cash is KING
