This was my best experience at any firehouse! Not that anyone has been bad, but this one was just exceptional. The food came out extra fast today, the staff was very nice. And the food was just top notch for a sandwich shop.
I got the new Yorker and a cup of chili. The chili was not scalding hot but legitimately the perfect temperature. The new Yorker was just perfect. Juicy, fresh and overall delicious!

So I ordered at first the prime stake and the guy rung me up as a Philly stake and cheese I didn't realize till I got in the car and looked. I went and told them and showed them what I wanted and they said they don't have it ( why didn't the cashier tell me ) so the nicely made me Philly cheesecake ( I asked for only stake cheese and the grilled onions that's it) came home and it is coved in mayo and I never asked for it i said only the cheese onions and meat I thought that was pretty clear and there was like no cheese at all and covered top to bottom with mayo . I even said when they made the sandwich I was sorry but my bf won't eat it cause he don't like mayo . So I don't know if they where mad or what but when I first placed my order the cashier didn't tell me they didn't have it he just said stake and cheese I go yea the prime stake sandwich and even explain what I wanted on it . There is legit so much mayo hardly any cheese and onions and just drenched in mayo. I disnt even get the extra side of cajan mayo i asked for so I'm definitely not coming back to this firehouse sub. I'm going to stick to the one on Huston rd. I'm pretty sad because I brag about firehouse sub so much and say how amazing they are and today was a very bad experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and were patient as they explained the menu to me, someone that’s never been here before. I got a large custom sandwich crafted by Becca with the potato soup and both food items were amazing quality for the price. I was blown away by how good the food was, and will definitely be a returning customer!

The food quality is typical of chain, and the dining room is cramped but manageable for a sub joint. I go here often enough that I’d recommend it to people who just need a quick sandwich.
The food was great! We were very grateful, giving both 'Firehouse Subs' and the ever young and shameless 'Google Maps' their props! My Dad and I ordered via the Uber Eats app and the highlight of the trip was actually making our way to our subs from a street named 'North Bend' in Ohio to another street with the same name? only it's located in Kentucky! ??Well done, Google Maps, Well done!!!! ? ? ? ?

Food was incredible. Normally, I'm not really into hot subs. Meaning Subs that have been cooked. The Turkey ranch was phenomenal. The portion size was large for the money. Plus it wasn't a huge mess like some other places seem to specialize in. Glad they are in Hebron.
