I had just finished a bowl of chili further up the concourse.And there and my gate eight thirteen was an ice cream shop that I never heard of I was in a bad mood and not looking forward to a long flight with every seat full. The female employee there was very chipper and obviously proud of her company sharing with me that it was a regional family owned business and even suggesting favorite flavors. She apologized for being out of whip cream but gave me 3 cherries.Instead on my sunday I must suggest the cinnamon ice cream with butterscotch topping.

Very tasty ice cream! I haven't tried their chocolate and chocolate candies, but the blackberry ice cream and the next one with pecans were very tasty!!!!

Cool place! Their ice cream is the biggest attraction but they also have some specialty coffees. I had the mocha latte. Very tasty!

Maybe I was expecting the great service like most Graeter's give, but this airport location did not care. It was in the early morning and only 4 people in line and proper staffing but wasted over 30 minutes in line with just 2 items to pay for. Many people behind me set things down and left. If the cashier cared they could have easily made at least $100 during this time. All she needed to do is ring people out 😔. The main cashier had a boyfriend that also works at the airport and their puppy love chat was more important. How do I know? When I got up there to pay for 2 items that was grab and go, I stood like the other customers before me, while they talked. There was no multi-tasking by the worker. It was she stopped everything for a conversation. I felt like I was listening in on a phone conversation. So, if you go to CVG I would highly recommend NOT to stop here. If the line is short remember it is deceiving. I wish I did like the others and go somewhere else in the facility. Someone should tell this company that it is an airport and when boarding planes you are on time restraints. If your plane has landed and you have all the time in the world...this is the place for you.

Just traveling through this airport to our connection flight, we're very glad we stopped here for a snack! I tried the chocolate coconut almond chocolate chip one scoop, we loved that! And the same goes for the 'coffee cooler' French-Vanilla flavored! The place was also very clean, the staff was quick and polite.
Prices were extremely reasonable for an airport. Ice cream itself was not amazing, but good enough. Service was amazing considering how young the employees were!

Save your $7...... a single scoop....ice in the ice cream (freezer burn)(chocolate)...realllllly slow service....tasted like generic Kroger store brand....dissapointing....drive 400 miles to Kilwins!

Tried the Graeter's ice cream joint at the Cincinnati airport. The service was done with a smile and there were lots of flavors to choose from. We ended up getting the raspberry and chocolate flavor and the mocha one. I personally loved both of the flavors, both of them had chocolate chips which tasted really good. Loved the service at the store, surely recommend. Surely a ' must visit again' place.
