Guthrie's Chicken Fingers

Purchased the snack meal at 10:40am 05.15.25 from Mineola location. The chicken tasted like it had survived a fire in the kitchen. It had that Smokey taste that is not there traditionally great flavor.

Stopped to dine in for lunch and had a great experience. Food was fresh, flavorful, and we all took home leftovers. Workers were very friendly and polite. Floor was a little sticky but appeared clean, maybe sticky soap left from a mop? Would choose this restaurant over Zaxbys.

Didn’t even get to try eating it. I live out of state and stopped in for lunch, stood in the lobby at the register for almost 10 minutes listening to the employees take drive thru orders but nobody came up front to take my order. The guy in the kitchen definitely saw me standing there but nobody wanted to take my order. I guess if you’re coming here make sure you use the drive thru that way you actually get to order some food.

My first time at Guthrie's I went in and walked around for 8 minutes on their sticky floor trying to get somebody to wait on me and finally the lady waited on me and said that I came in with an attitude yes I have an attitude when I have to wait 8 minutes for someone to wait on me

Kinda argumentative , asked for a drink and extra sauce too many times and didn’t get it, not my problem to argue. Do better

Ordered family bucket and the chicken was cold. Didn't receive any coldslaw.

I received 2 nugget sized tenders after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru…..everyone that works at this store needs to be fired or trained at canes. Canes is 1000% better. Save yourself some headache and stay away.

20 mins in the drive thru for what was in the pictures...didn't realize they switched to chicken nuggets. 😑

The chicken taste like old fryer oil. The fries were also terrible. The bread was good though (very similar to Cane's)
The fries and chicken were so awful I couldn't finish my meal. Had to pay for a 2nd sauce, which seems odd.
Not many fountain drink choices and only 1 zero sugar option (diet coke)
It's not worth the wait IMO, go somewhere else for your chicken finger fix.

I personally think Guthrie's is way better in my opinion The Taste is better the chicken is Juicy the garlic bread oh my God it's fantastic the sauce is even better I 10 out of 10 recommend and will be back in the future my only issue with the place wish they had Coke Zero on the menu.

6pm on a Friday sat at the speaker box at the drive thru for 5 minutes and never once did they try to take my order. Pull around front walk inside order and went to pay and with a drive thru line of cars and a restaurant full of customers seated at tables inside they some how don’t have change for a 100 dollar bill at 6pm on a Friday? Absolutely pathetic. Rap music blaring from a speaker in the kitchen nobody at the front register. Customers waiting ungodly amounts of time for some chicken tenders and fries. I won’t be back. Beyond mad about this nonsense service.

We live in Hebron and usually drive to the Burlington location which is amazing BTW!!! I decided to try This location tonight which was a huge mistake!!! The young lady at the window was not friendly and was upset that i wanted to know what flavor custards they had. She said we have them all!??? How do i choose from that!??? After deciding on cookies and cream, which was really yummy by the way, she handed me my bag and just shut the window. Very unfriendly!!! No have a nice day, thanks for coming, not even a screw you!!!! Worst experience at a restaurant in years!!! This is the kind of experience that makes me wonder if she spit in our food. I really wanted to like this place, they were dead with no customers in site so they need the business but i will not return!!!! Stay away from here! Btw chicken was great but fries had probably sat for hours they were not good!
