Guthrie's Chicken Fingers

Open till 10 on Friday, i dont think so. Doors locked at 8:15 🤷‍♂️. Drove all this way for nothing.

Snack Size. Tenders were nice and hot. Fries not so much. Employee said I must like Hot fries, she thought they were hot when I got them first couple we ok rest cold. Why don't they make new ones if they had been sitting. I should have guessed when they had my order ready before I sat down. Just one other customer at the time. They did make new ones but too late to enjoy.

Purchased the snack meal at 10:40am 05.15.25 from Mineola location. The chicken tasted like it had survived a fire in the kitchen. It had that Smokey taste that is not there traditionally great flavor.

Stopped to dine in for lunch and had a great experience. Food was fresh, flavorful, and we all took home leftovers. Workers were very friendly and polite. Floor was a little sticky but appeared clean, maybe sticky soap left from a mop? Would choose this restaurant over Zaxbys.

Didn’t even get to try eating it. I live out of state and stopped in for lunch, stood in the lobby at the register for almost 10 minutes listening to the employees take drive thru orders but nobody came up front to take my order. The guy in the kitchen definitely saw me standing there but nobody wanted to take my order. I guess if you’re coming here make sure you use the drive thru that way you actually get to order some food.

My first time at Guthrie's I went in and walked around for 8 minutes on their sticky floor trying to get somebody to wait on me and finally the lady waited on me and said that I came in with an attitude yes I have an attitude when I have to wait 8 minutes for someone to wait on me

Kinda argumentative , asked for a drink and extra sauce too many times and didn’t get it, not my problem to argue. Do better

Ordered family bucket and the chicken was cold. Didn't receive any coldslaw.

I received 2 nugget sized tenders after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru…..everyone that works at this store needs to be fired or trained at canes. Canes is 1000% better. Save yourself some headache and stay away.

20 mins in the drive thru for what was in the pictures...didn't realize they switched to chicken nuggets. 😑

The chicken taste like old fryer oil. The fries were also terrible. The bread was good though (very similar to Cane's)
The fries and chicken were so awful I couldn't finish my meal. Had to pay for a 2nd sauce, which seems odd.
Not many fountain drink choices and only 1 zero sugar option (diet coke)
It's not worth the wait IMO, go somewhere else for your chicken finger fix.

I personally think Guthrie's is way better in my opinion The Taste is better the chicken is Juicy the garlic bread oh my God it's fantastic the sauce is even better I 10 out of 10 recommend and will be back in the future my only issue with the place wish they had Coke Zero on the menu.
