I really, REALLY want to enjoy and frequent the Hebron Grille. I have recommended it to friends and coworkers, but I kind of regret it. I almost always order the Steak Sirloin from this place, 4/6 times, the Steak is horrible. The cut of sirloin is particularly bad, and the meat is unseasoned. I usually order it raw, but my sibling has ordered steak here raw, and it has been flavorful and fantastic. I'm not sure if the Hebron Grille has a problem with a specific cook who can't do steak, but they REALLY can't do steak. Also, the one time I bothered to complain, I put my plate out at the edge of the table after one bite. It took maybe seven minutes for my waiter to notice, and I just asked for a menu. He did not ask what was wrong. It also took him another five to actually take my order (which I just did mashed potatoes, as I was dining with my sibling and they had already almost finished.) We also had to ask to be brought silverware in the first place.
I will say, my sibling had a delicious seafood pasta dish that evening. So if you like that, I'd recommend. I also will continue ordering mashed potatoes from this place, because they are pretty good.
Just so very frustrating. The prices are mostly good (on some items, I think they're a bit inflated) but the quality of both staff and sometimes (not always!!) food have much to be desired.

Fun, friendly and amazing food! Our server Augustine was awesome! The steak was delicious and we all tried alligator for the first time! Even our children enjoyed it! Definitely recommend!!!

This place was Bomb 💣 I never give 5 stars ⭐️ however, they earned em. Everything about my experience was top notch. The only bad thing is that I actually considered eating at the Lucky 🍀 Dragon 🐉 or the Pizza 🍕 Hut a couple doors away. Telling myself, No1 out pizzas 🍕 Da Hut 🛖 I’m so very thankful 🥹 that I decided to visit this location. I’m a Mos Def visit anytime I’m N the city.
So please 🙏🏾 check em out if you’re in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
