DO NOT GET CAKES MADE HERE!!! 2 BIRTHDAY CAKES AND THEY HAVE MESSED BOTH UP. TWO BIRTHDAYS IVE HAD DEAL WITH MY DAUGHTER BEING UPSET ABOUT RUINED BIRTHDAY CAKES! NO WILLINGNESS FROM EMPLOYESS TO FIX THE CAKES OR EVEN DISCOUNT. NOT EVEN AN OUNCE OF SYMPATHY FROM STAFF.
I would recommend banning this store for at least a day. I have a hard time supporting a store that calls a wrecker to tow off some hard working truckers big rig that parked overnight to go see his family. These truckers are the backbone of this country and when store management fails to understand their need for a place to park for a few hours (the truck wasn’t in anybody’s way) then I fail to understand why I should support the store. The truckers are having a hard enough time right now. Imagine if your fuel tank was 300 gallons? If other stores do this too, pretty soon you’re gonna have a bigger trucker shortage and then see what the price of your groceries are. Shame on this management.
why are you holding milk back from the customers when we can see, it in the back. then when we ask you said no we are out of milk. we'll what that milk I see through the glass? are you holding back to fill your shelves later after the snow storm. not many people are going to be in your store during the storm. frankly I think you should be ashamed of yourself. you are a grocery store that should be providing for your paying customers. hope you go home & feel real good about what you did today.
Always a great shopping experience
The lady who works the weekend is very kind and the cake looked better than the picture! Everyone at my childs party was so impressed and asking where I got it! Plus it was perfectly baked and yummy!
Make your employees and customers wear masks! That’s what your sign says. Do it. I don’t understand your lack of care.

We have mostly stopped shopping here after the umpteenth time they are re-arranging the isles making it impossible to find anything. Also this store is steadily getting dirtier, less kept up. on top of that Kroger as a whole thinks that we consumers will be just as happy with their crappy store brand alternatives to the brands we like. And the lost straw is that insulting marketing campaign making me out to be a child character that doesn't know I'm a person who eats food. Kroger generally suffers from a lack of organizational intelligence.
We tried Clicklist yesterday for pickup today between 5-6pm. First, the website was rather cludgy, I had to add the same items several times because they were disappearing. Then, Hubby stopped on the way home from work this evening. He was in line for thirty minutes, then, when he finally got to the squawk box and gave his name it took over 25 minutes for them to bring out our groceries. They brought out the groceries for two cars that arrived AFTER he pulled to the front. He could have easily done the shopping himself and probably gotten home sooner. 55 minutes to pick up groceries that were supposedly ready for pick up. Never again. There doesn’t seem to be anyone supervising the kids that work there.
Amazing selection tons of stuff. Not to mention the fresh build your own salad bar.

I recommend to stop shopping here. They keep dropping items that people have been buying and rearrange to shelves way too often. They have stopped selling Moon Pies and I will not return until they are available again. Meanwhile you can find all kinds of fake food energy bars and quinoa which was the staple food of poor Central Americans who can no longer afford it because it has been made trendy by places like Kroger.
convenient, carries unique items.
I love my Kroger Marketplace! Always a great selection and friendly, helpful staff.
I walked away from the self checkout without grabbing the $20 that I debit'ed.
For anyone who has been thinking about trying out ClickList I would like to tell you about my experience. I have been ClickList loyal for about a year because I hate grocery shopping. Typically when I pick up my order they will be out of one or two items, so I will have to go into the grocery later to find something to replace it. Still I thought it was better than doing all my shopping. Lately though the service has been very inconsistent in my area. They will say 4-6 items
