I have been shopping at the Hebron Kroger since it opened. I've always loved this location. I never write bad reviews. The clicklist team overall is amazing (at least the people I have had). Their systems are always down, and they are always out of stock. This is a management issue, and they do nothing about it. The Hebron management team loves to stand in your way in a group to have their meetings while you shop. They don't get out of the way. This isn't just Hebron, it's Kroger as a whole. Since Covid, it has been out of stock, dirty, and barely carries anything. I picked up my Clicklist today to make a desert for my mom's birthday. I had all the ingredients mixed and realized something seemed off. The smell wasn't normal - that's because the yogurt expired last month!! The yogurt that I received in my clicklist order today, expired last month. $30 later, I had to throw it all away because it was mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. I called the store, and the woman who answered was less than friendly about it. I can't wait for the Publix to come to the area!!!!

I parked my semi truck to make shopping and it takes 15-20 mins. Kroger market call Towing Service to tow my semi truck. Even semi truck drivers your customer, be gentle with us. The worst market in the US.

If something is on sale you can forget about seeing it until the sale is over. Whoever does the ordering/inventory in this store SUCKS because there are certain things that I need because I'm on a limited diet and often they go on sale so I have to go without. If you are one of these people who buy out an item because it's on sale SHAME ON YOU TOO.

I would recommend banning this store for at least a day. I have a hard time supporting a store that calls a wrecker to tow off some hard working truckers big rig that parked overnight to go see his family. These truckers are the backbone of this country and when store management fails to understand their need for a place to park for a few hours (the truck wasn’t in anybody’s way) then I fail to understand why I should support the store. The truckers are having a hard enough time right now. Imagine if your fuel tank was 300 gallons? If other stores do this too, pretty soon you’re gonna have a bigger trucker shortage and then see what the price of your groceries are. Shame on this management.

Judith that is an employee working the click it pickup is a joy. She is so happy full of smiles and is a delight to be around. Give that girl a raise

The blonde lady has a nasty attitude, I went up to the window and she acted as of I wasn't their and it was raining , all I wanted was to get my receipt, she had a sigh saying "out side stocking come find me " even tho she was inside the booth , terrible customer service I think her name was Stacy

why are you holding milk back from the customers when we can see, it in the back. then when we ask you said no we are out of milk. we'll what that milk I see through the glass? are you holding back to fill your shelves later after the snow storm. not many people are going to be in your store during the storm. frankly I think you should be ashamed of yourself. you are a grocery store that should be providing for your paying customers. hope you go home & feel real good about what you did today.

The lady who works the weekend is very kind and the cake looked better than the picture! Everyone at my childs party was so impressed and asking where I got it! Plus it was perfectly baked and yummy!

There's a lot to like about this Kroger. It's fairly large, it's clean & well-stocked. The signage is helpful for first time visitors. It's got the newer digital signage that makes you think you're shopping on board the USS Enterprise or something. And a lot of the refrigerated merchandise that's typical exposed to the elements at other locations is behind doors at this one, which I like, because elements can be sketchy. This is further away from me than I'd generally care to go for groceries, but if I'm in the area, I'd certainly pay it another visit.

Treated me like a thief! Went in on a Friday evening to buy our family groceries for the month which turned out to be almost a $350 purchase. The lady with the muslim headscarf who I assume was the manager made it very obvious that they were 'watching' me and included staging a young male by the exit door as I was going through the self checkout (since it was near closing they didn't have any regular lanes open). I guess he was there to tackle me if I tried to bolt out the door with a giant cartload of unpaid groceries? Literally as soon as my debit card went through and the receipt printed out the lady called over to him that he could go home for the night. Again, just super obvious and disrespectful. For no reason whatsoever, doesn't even make sense. It's almost as if it was being purposefully done. Hebron must have really gone downhill if they're this suspect of someone buying an above average amount of food. FYI the Gestapo tactics really put a stain on the whole "Valued Customer" stuff.

Make your employees and customers wear masks! That’s what your sign says. Do it. I don’t understand your lack of care.

Went in for Deli department store closed at 9pm was informed by deli they closed at 8:30 pm in a not so friendly way. Also a lady who now works customer service counter who use to be just an cashier she needs attitude adjustment always rude whenever I come in I wished I knew her name she is short blond/brown hair use to work mostly self check out lanes why would you give a upper position to someone so rude?! I use to love this Kroger but now I avoid it at all cost I'll drive the extra miles to Burlington just so I don't have to deal with Hebron!

We have mostly stopped shopping here after the umpteenth time they are re-arranging the isles making it impossible to find anything. Also this store is steadily getting dirtier, less kept up. on top of that Kroger as a whole thinks that we consumers will be just as happy with their crappy store brand alternatives to the brands we like. And the lost straw is that insulting marketing campaign making me out to be a child character that doesn't know I'm a person who eats food. Kroger generally suffers from a lack of organizational intelligence.
