I was told by someone that doesn't even work at this place that I am banned. for what reason is beyond me I spend money and tip very well. I also know a lot of people that go into this place. It is embarrassing to treat guest this way. every time I've been in here it's been empty, you would think customers matter . I recently went in and had ok service then the following time ignored.

I was not considering a review but they sent me a text asking for it. Our first carry out on a birthday was not good, our potato skins were burnt black. They did give me a $15 e gift card which was nice. So we ordered again and my Caesar salad was so soggy and wilted it just ended up in the garbage!! My pot roast had so much fat on it i got grossed out and could not eat it. I keep trying to order and like this place but they’re just making it hard.

We paid for 2 blue cheese and 2 ranch dips that were not given to us. Since we were carry out we did not realize it until we got home.

I have been two different longnecks and both of them disappointed me will not try again.order boneless wings ask for extra wet. They were dry and I 5 very small pieces for 7.99. There were not many people in place but I was never asked for a drink refill

Ordered a mixed drink with Sprite or 7Up they don't have that in the waitress told me that the other stuff tasted is good but it didn't it was terrible
Do you see these wings!!! These are the so called $16 (Jumbo Wings)!! These were TINY’ & terrible. One of the wings was almost straight bone!!! Longnecks what happened?? I left them a message about this order but they never got back to me. So I guess I’ll leave this review here. I’ve never had such a horrible experience, normally the burgers are good & the staff is nice. But this is crazy, I couldn’t believe what I was looking at when I got home. Anyways that’s my rant, maybe the kitchen guy just didn’t care & just crapped these out probably not a reflection of ownership but ya never know.
EDIT: Longnecks did reach out & make it right regarding my order. I was surprised to the lengths they were willing to make it right. Longnecks is a great business with a fun family friendly atmosphere that most can enjoy, I am happy they were able to explain to me what exactly happened with my order. The through explanation & willingness to take care of the customer really made me feel as if they were a business who cared about the consumers experience. Most other business don’t show this level of professionalism when it comes to faulty orders. So I would say definitely check out Longnecks & give there business a shot, they deserve it. Thanks!

We've been to Longnecks several times at 2 different locations and have always had great experiences. The food selections are great. We've tried the wings, pizzas, salads, pork chop plates and most every appetizers. Well be patrons for years to come.
