Says Max and Erma's on the sign and online. They say they don't have the Max & Erma's menu when I asked to place a to go order (I didn't even say what I wanted), and that I'm at the wrong place. More like a bar now I guess?? But should 100% say so online and in
I was stressed as many folks are at the airport. Stopped in for a drink and Devante was my server. This guy was very kind and on top of his work, letting people know that the kitchen was not available on this day, in a sincerely apologetic and upbeat way. I stayed a while, and enjoying my drink became more about watching this dude interact with people in a really unique way. I have never seen a person deliver bad news with such skill. It was like he was offering something instead of saying “we don’t have this”. Its rare to see such care and warmth in a restaurant these days. I have seen a likeness in small towns where there is a regular customer base, which motivates such kindness. An airport can’t be much further from that. The fact that such care has little to do with gaining a regular customer base greatly adds to the admiration I have for such sincere customer service. I won’t forget this place.
They market food, but they weren’t even cooking. Directed me to another restaurant.
Not so good food and very slow service. Disappointed!!
Max n Erma's has always been a great place to get a bite. However, the reduced menu is now missing some of my favorites.
I work at the wilmington max an erma's been there 13 yrs as a dishwasher and it's a alright job
Looked on Google maps for food options and saw it was open when we landed, so I went down for a burger. Turns out this location is closed indefinitely. Bummer.
Lunch before catching the plane back to dfw. Good burgers and great service.
We were traveling through CVG on a Tuesday afternoon and stopped for lunch. They weren't very busy so we didn't have any issues with the service. The lunch portions were huge and quite tasty. No complaints here.
I ordered a well done burger while waiting for my flight. The burger was quite pink to nearly uncooked in the center. I brought it to the waiters attention, when he brought my check he informed me he gave me a discount for the burger.... $1.28! Well that should cover my food poisoning!

Max & Erma's at Cincinatti Airport Terminal 3 gets two thumbs up. Good pub-type food, friendly and quick service, and an economical menu makes me a regular whenever flying through Cincinatti on Delta.
Poor food and service. I had the “award winning” cheese burger that comes with a side of the “award winning” soup, it was pretty bad. The meat was rubbery even though it was medium and the soup was basically canned nachos sauce, the seasoned fries didn’t have any seasoning.
We were at the Cincinnati airport and had breakfast at Max and Erma's. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of the meal was very comparible to our restuarants at home. The omelet that I ordered was great and the potatoes and toast very good also. The portions were large, I could not finish it all. Overall, I was extremely impressed. Our waiter had a great sense of humor.
Terrible service. Not nearly enough help. Been here 15 minutes... no service.... already 3 groups have come in and left. You just have no chance to be successful if you can’t service customers ready to pay. If you can’t afford more staff raise the menu prices and hire help! ....Or close the restaurant so people won’t waste their airport time. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else & save yourself this frustration.
Food and staff was good, but they could have used some help. Place needs a good cleaning, I'm sure it is hard with the hours they have. Mirror behind bar really dirty or needs replaced as it is a focal point of the room.
