I was stressed as many folks are at the airport. Stopped in for a drink and Devante was my server. This guy was very kind and on top of his work, letting people know that the kitchen was not available on this day, in a sincerely apologetic and upbeat way. I stayed a while, and enjoying my drink became more about watching this dude interact with people in a really unique way. I have never seen a person deliver bad news with such skill. It was like he was offering something instead...

We were traveling through CVG on a Tuesday afternoon and stopped for lunch. They weren't very busy so we didn't have any issues with the service. The lunch portions were huge and quite tasty. No complaints here.

Max & Erma's at Cincinatti Airport Terminal 3 gets two thumbs up. Good pub-type food, friendly and quick service, and an economical menu makes me a regular whenever flying through Cincinatti on Delta.
