Hey, don’t say you close at 11 pm when you really close down at 10:55 on a car that’s been waiting behind other cars in your drive-thru for 5 minutes.
We live right down the street and we will NEVER visit your location again.
Hebron, KY location: The cashier at the window ran and refunded my debit card 3 times causing it to decline (per the bank, not my observations). Perhaps the cashiers need additional training on how to properly process cards prior to being placed into drive thru on a busy Saturday. Also, when a customer pays extra for a topping, there should be a noticeable amount of that topping, not a sprinkle.
