Closed with all the leftover food boxed up on a Thursday night at 730. My daughter was there 10 before me and they were struggling and complaining about working. Saying they were quitting.ridiculous.

Marquita an employee of the Panda Express at the CVG airport I give recognition to for being prompt and courteous and fulfilling my needs as I was hungry after a long day of travel, although it was near closing time and they were doing their closing duties Marquita stopped what she was doing to address me as soon as I crossed the threshold of the door at the Panda Express in the airport tending to my needs and suggesting something to eat she got me in and out in an orderly fashion as well as being courteous suggestive and professional I give Marquita a 5-star recognition and mention her as a great asset to the company Marquita I hope to see you again and good luck, as far as Panda Express goes in the CVG airport Marquita is an outstanding model of an employee and represents the company as well as the airport very well go Marquita.

The bad reviews you read are accurate. Not sure how you could give this place 5 stars unless your criteria for that is to just receive edible food. And even that is a stretch for this place.

Usually when I travel I try to avoid the restaurants in the Airport because they are so expensive and you usually don't get much, but here I was impressed with the low prices compared to the others in the food court. Was very hot an flavorful and since I had a small window until take off I didn't have to wait for the food as I picked out my food in the line and paid at the end. Great Job!

Horrible food. It was very nasty. I've never been to Panda Express and been disappointed. Lack of customer service and flies everywhere. The food was dry and lukewarm. I should've ate something else.

Mediocrity in styrofoam. I've never seen a halfway fresh noodle, eggroll, or wonton in the place. Almost magical how long they have survived while giving hardly any effort.

Terrible food and very very very terrible service. Cashier was slamming our bags of food over the counter. Cashier also slammed our drinks after she made them and didnt even fill them all the way. Thanks God I will never have to eat here ever again.

The cashier was very rude and made me feel ignorant, the food was alright and there was clearly enough to complete the order I wanted but she said there wasn’t. I compromised and when I went to pay with my card, she yelled at me in front of everyone like I didn’t know how to use it! Quite embarrassing for not only me but for her as well!
