Marquita an employee of the Panda Express at the CVG airport I give recognition to for being prompt and courteous and fulfilling my needs as I was hungry after a long day of travel, although it was near closing time and they were doing their closing duties Marquita stopped what she was doing to address me as soon as I crossed the threshold of the door at the Panda Express in the airport tending to my needs and suggesting something to eat she got me in and out in an orderly fashion...

Usually when I travel I try to avoid the restaurants in the Airport because they are so expensive and you usually don't get much, but here I was impressed with the low prices compared to the others in the food court. Was very hot an flavorful and since I had a small window until take off I didn't have to wait for the food as I picked out my food in the line and paid at the end. Great Job!

The cashier was very rude and made me feel ignorant, the food was alright and there was clearly enough to complete the order I wanted but she said there wasn’t. I compromised and when I went to pay with my card, she yelled at me in front of everyone like I didn’t know how to use it! Quite embarrassing for not only me but for her as well!
