So I’m a truck driver I use Papa John’s quite often. They’re one of the few places that will deliver to a business where you deliver at or pick up at for truck drivers. Marissa, who works at this location is Probably the best manager I’ve ever dealt with when I order food out. Order two pizzas for me in about three other drivers and a 2 L Papa John’s failed to say that it was gonna be delivered by DoorDash. They also failed to say that the DoorDash delivery person didn’t handle any cash. I don’t carry plastic when I drive on the road for the simple reason I don’t wanna lose my card and I don’t like my card getting hacked. Papa John’s really needs to fix this feature. This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with this and I must say that it is a very big inconvenience, but thanks to the manager Marissa that works at this location helped me out and got me straightened out and has taken care of my delivery questions and needs. thank you again …….. This is the closest store to my home. Its always a 10. Today is no different. Today I witnessed Jacob killing it. His manager was busy doing manager things and this guy was all by himself. That didn't stop him. I watch this guy dance around the kitchen like it was his home. My food was perfect despite him having the responsibility of multiple people. Give that guy more money for sure!

Second time I ordered 16 wings, and I get 14. Second time I pay for extra dipping cups and I don't receive them. Food is getting too expensive to get shorted like this.

I was very disappointed, I ordered a steak hoagie it was dry with just mushrooms on it, I asked for mushrooms, onions and pickles, I also ordered a specialty pizza all meat and it was mostly crust very few toppings..

Online ordering was very simple through the app, and the order is always ready in a quick time.
I placed the order at 8:38 p.m. and I was waiting for it to be delivered I did not receive a text alert but when I check the app it was not still being delivered and then when I looked at it again it said deliver at like 9:45 I'll talk to the store manager which was very unprofessional and I told her I have no reason to lie on a driver the driver had to been dropped off my food and then decide to hit deliver almost at 10:00 and she was very nasty and very rude and I don't appreciate that when I'm spending my money I will not order nothing else ever again this was September the 16th at 8:38 when I place my order 2024
