Food was spectacular, my sandwich was hot and delicious. And the little girl behind the counter was the best, very pretty and respectful. AMAZING.

I've been coming to this store for close to 10 years and with little to no issues. Unfortunately lately it's been kinda meh. I ordered online this evening and got my usual. After 37 years of existence I've only ever ordered one thing from penn station. Large chicken teriyaki with extra cheese and teriyaki sauce. Usually the bread is packed with delicious juicey all white meat chicken but this time I had received mostly bread. On one half of the Large sandwich was barren of chicken. The other side however was mostly teriyaki. Its almost like they forgot and just threw it on there.
Hopefully it was just that they were busy with the two other customers there or the cook had to much to eat and was foggy headed. Either way hopefully next time is better.

Ordered from doordash this barely has anything on it. Obviously they don't care about quality never ordering from them again
Nice little shop. Plenty of parking. First PS I have seen with TV in the eating area.

Service is awful. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for one small sandwich and a drink. Should’ve just went to Wendy’s or DQ up the road

Ordered 2 sandwichs. Chicken Teriyaki was delicious. Cheese steak was completely messed up vs what was ordered. Very disappointing because it is something he loves.

The guys working today were super polite, and the food was fast and fresh. Our sandwiches were the best we have had from Penn Station!

Phone is always off the hook . They lose a lot of money from my place of employment
First time customer. Ordered a couple large Phillies with extra steak and wow were they tiny! I've had meatier foot longs from the big yellow and green sub shop competitor.

Adam and Clay were great They served an excellent sandwich, hot and juicy ! My steak sandwich was the best sandwich I ever had at Penn Station. I have never gotten a bad sandwich at Penn Station, but this was the most meaty and cheesy one yet. Great job !
