Alright Starbucks. The service could be better. The staff were friendly enough , but it gets quite busy and it can take a long time to get an order; not a lot of urgency i found.

There was an average line of people, nothing crazy, and we still ended up waiting about 45 minutes to get our food. No one behind the counter had any urgency whatsoever.

The employees here are great but I waited over a half hour for my coffee and had to leave before they even made it in order to catch my flight - they are far too understaffed for mornings at this location and I will be requesting a refund as I ordered in ample time to receive my drink but did not get it.
This isn’t right - staff your locations, support your employees Starbucks - we all know you have the money to do that! The understaffing is completely unacceptable.

If it’s busy, they should absolutely give people drip coffee and tea at the register…. Why I had to wait 20 mins for 12 other people to get their fancy lattes first just to get my cup of hot water is beyond me
The guy lied to me I was given vouchers for meal/drink from Delta airline because our flight was delayed causing my two children and I to stay a night in Cincinnati. We were given meal vouchers and I decided to use them here at the airport and the guy at Starbucks said they didn’t accept those. When I went to Delta they said they accepted it anywhere in the airport. I feel upset he lied and feel I deserve a full refund for being lied to.

Twice in the last two weeks I have either placed a phone order or a counter order. Both were longer than 40 minutes before we had to leave and catch our flight without our order. The last order was online and I asked the cashier to cancel my order and she said I had to call corporate to do this. Needless to say $45.00 gone. Don’t order from here in the morning unless you have an hour or two to wait. Worst StarBucks in the country!

Normally, I don’t leave many reviews but something that happened here this morning really irritated me. There were newer workers so I have the expectation that they will be a little slower and that’s okay. No worries! But when a customer (a pilot actually) politely asked to have his order canceled because he had been waiting twenty minutes, one of the employees named Bella made multiple snarky remarks about it such as “why would you order if you didn’t have time?”. Then when she was explaining it to her manager (or more tenured coworker) she made it seem like the pilot was rude to her and embellished the story in a tone that he did not take with words he did not say. Working customer service, I know that some times customers are pushy for no real reason, but this guy was nice and it really was the business at fault. Bella needs the conversation that sometimes humble apology is truly needed to be given to the customers just like her manager offered later.
