Normally, I don’t leave many reviews but something that happened here this morning really irritated me. There were newer workers so I have the expectation that they will be a little slower and that’s okay. No worries! But when a customer (a pilot actually) politely asked to have his order canceled because he had been waiting twenty minutes, one of the employees named Bella made multiple snarky remarks about it such as “why would you order if you didn’t have time?”....

Close to the gates. I did a mobile order and my coffee was ready by the time I walked from gate A16. I did have to wait a bit for my grilled cheese, but they had several sandwich orders. Area was nice, but the trash needed taking out. Staff was friendly.

I was at this Starbucks at 6:30 am 2 days ago (Nov 21). The line was out the door and both wait times (mobile and line order) was about 30 min. There were only two people behind the counter but they were so calm, pleasant, and efficient. One of them announced the wait times just to let customers know. Most customers were understanding that they were doing the best that they could. While Starbucks, if possible, should have scheduled them more help, these two workers are why I gave...
