Very skimpy on the vegetables. I even think my meat was a little thin. I had the American club. But it was more like the Third World Country Club. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I stopped.

Went in and requested for some meatballs not on a sandwich but just in a bowl. The older gentleman was extremely rude and did not want to hear my questions or attend to me. He stared coldly and said it was going to be $7.99. Now why would anyone pay $8 for 3 meatballs. I told him l was there 2 weeks ago and he sold me the meatballs for $2.Terrible service will never go back there again.

Sandwiches were bad, they were very, very, VERY greedy with their toppings so the sandwiches were dry and tasteless, rude people. WASTE OF MONEY. Never returning to this location.

Just so you know, don’t expect to wash your hands or use the bathroom before you have ordered here. The owner will lock the bathrooms and ask you if you’re going to order something or buy something before you can use the restroom. I just want you to know what kind of person you’re dealing with if you go and eat at this subway.

Bad and less quality. I ate there and asked for restroom to wash hands after I ate food but the owner refused and said the restroom is out of service. Out of service signs are very old which tells that owner is (possibly) lying.

they charged me $11.23 for one wrap which wqs not even had enough veggies. im a trucker and i eat subway everywhere and i pay $10 every location. they are cheep out when putting stuff in the wrap and charge me extra for no reason.

They do not accept coupons and don't bother tipping unless it is cash and given to the employees. They do not see the tips at all.

I went to get a foot long. I love extra cheese and extra extra sweet onion sauce. The lady had an attitude because I wanted to pay for extras and told me I couldn’t PAY for extra cheese and sauce. I was very disappointed I worked next door and will not be spending my money at this location. If I could give 0 stars I

The owner is disrespectful and not human being....
So I went to this Subway location for lunch during my lunch break. I used the Subway app to pay for the meal. I seen on the app that I could get a free cookie for my birthday. They lady behind the counter making the food seen on her screen that I requested to get the offer that Subway had on the app and said she could not honor the offer. She did not give any explanation of why of anything. She just completed the order and didn’t say anything. I was like really. Just one free cookie cost SubWay like $.10 cent to make. That was kind of disappointing. So not sure if this SubWay location will honor any offers that you may have on you SubWay account.

I have been eating there since the place opened because I try to eat healthy foods. I have been out of the area for a while I recently moved back I went in with a coupon for 599 you get two subs buy one get one free. The store owner who I have known since the first day I went there probably 12 to 15 years ago since we did not take coupons so then I said well I'll just take one sub for 11 bucks. When I actually came to get two I eventually broke down and I said go ahead and give me two of them that being said I spent $23 when I thought I was spending $599 I get to the counter present my Subway card to get my points and I am told this cards are no good I said well I've been using a card for 10 years now the young man behind the counter said what we updated her system you probably need to go home and read register your card so then that means I paid $23 plus didn't get any points for the purchase. After coming home I went to Subway's rewards website and registered by receipt it's not that they give you a whole lot I think it's 200 points you get two bucks but it's just the fact of. While I was there I thought I might send my complaint to Subway the main company I submitted to their contact Section and then I get a reply back and they're thanking me very much sir we look forward to serving you in the future come back and see us that was the response I received. So now I'm thinking you have to be s******* me at least you could say I'm sorry you were dissatisfied but that is our policy we do not take coupons Maybe I could give you a free soda or something you could acknowledge when a person feels wrong and maybe say something to try and keep your loyal customers coming back. Anyway I probably won't be going back there anymore there's other healthy options in the area that's my take on today's experience 6/23/23.
