I’ve ordered a coffee here once and it was nasty.

Today I ordered after just landing at 6pm. Ordered a $16 footlong club with “more” of several condiments/toppings. It was ready on time which was a plus. As I picked it up it was SO LIGHT. Super skimpy. I swear the bread is half the width that it was years ago. The meat was like nonexistent. Basically no subkrunch, 5 TINY slices of tomato, no marinara which I had asked for, so on and so forth. I had asked for it toasted which should have melted the cheese.. unmelted shredded cheese on a sandwich is gross. Of course I ate it because I wasn’t above to completely waste my money.

I’m never sure if this location is open. I feel like the employees are always hiding. The atmosphere is always super stale and they were already closing off over half the tables at 6:20 pm..

Nothing says welcome home like shitty food and customer service. Cincinnati’s fast food franchises are THE WORST.

If you’re arriving in Cincinnati, go to potbelly’s. They are SO much better and half the price.

Over a week ago on January 13th I ordered a pickup order at 7:26pm. The app said they close at 8pm. I was able to order no problem so we could pick it up after our plane landed. We got off the plane at 7:38 and arrived at the stand around 7:40. The employees said that they closed early and the manager left. No food and no refund. I was told to call the store the next day to speak to a manager. I’ve called about 15 times and ever get through to anyone. The employees were no help and were laughing and having a great time in the back. I’ve also emailed subway support and have yet to receive any response. Basically they stole $30 from me by allowing us to order but not providing the product. I would recommend anyone thinking about going to this subway to walk to terminal B and go to chick fila, they respect their customers and would not close early. Don’t bother with subway. I’ll now be fighting with with my credit card because I am not allowing them to take my money and not provide anything in return.

More entertainment than fast food going on here. Employee and customer got into screaming match. Almost got scrappy but was broken up before anyone threw punches. Sandwich was fine.
