My nachos was cold they wasn’t even a tad bit warm They also gave me like the bottom of the nacho bag tons of little tiny pieces all over barely any large nacho chips. It’s ridiculous. This looks like something a five-year-old made, so that was disappointing also ordered a cherry Pepsi with my meal and when I got home took a sip I realized it was diet and it even has a diet marked on the lid. How do they not get that right so somebody out there is missing their diet Pepsi and they have my cherry Pepsi now that I’m home, I don’t wanna go all the way back to the store for a damn cherry Pepsi that I paid money for. It’s ridiculous. Every time I go there something is wrong. That’s why I rarely go there! Cost me $10 for this crap come on do better was not worth the money at all Not to mention, I don’t even have a drink. I don’t drink diet Pepsi. I can’t have the aspartame that’s in it! Also, when I called to complain, you can’t get through, It’s as if they know they’re gonna get a lot of complaints so they take the phone off the hook. It immediately goes to busy. Thanks for nothing I think I’ve had my fill of Taco Bell and I will not be returning!

I placed a mobile order to be picked up inside because I also had a coupon for a free taco I wanted to use. I came inside and after standing at the mobile order pick up shelf for 10 minutes being ignored and listening to a worker complain about his life problems, I heard “mobile order for Laura” and watched them throw my bag of food on the counter for the drive thru. Actually throw my bag. I tried to get their attention and was still ignored. So I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and I asked to order a crunchy taco and told them about my coupon to which he had an attitude saying I should have come inside to use the coupon.

LIARS AND THIEFS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They claimed their Credit Card processing was down and could only do cash only. It seems they were just incompetent and wanted to make sure that customers couldn’t charge back their money. Fine whatever though, but they proceeded to mess up my order that I had to go back to fix. However, after I went back, I found out they messed up more of my order. I called and nicely asked if they could deliver or I could come back the next day to get compensated. They said they would deliver in 10min to make it up. Great I’m satisfied. 30min go bye and nothing. I call back and check on an eta. They say the delivery driver would be there in 5min. Sure. I wait another 30min. This is now a hour after I originally called and 1hr30min after my first order. It’s 1am and I’m going to sleep. I call back and ask where my order is as this is the 3rd time I’m calling. The person on the phone tells me she needs to put me on hold for a drive-through customer when she’s already on the phone with me. At this point I knew they never sent anyone out and they were lying to begin with. I call out there bad customer service and the person on the line tells me I’m being rude and says the food was already delivered. I never got the food lol. They were just hoping I never called back and would forget about the food. It’s one thing to be rude to customers and to be bad at a job, but it’s another to lie and purposely steal customers money

I went to this location for years and it was one of the worst fast food locations I had ever been to for probably the last four years, no one would appear to even be inside working and would not take your order, never served breakfast or was out of 90 percent of menu, drive thru would tell you half the things could only be ordered through the app and so on. But after seeing some reviews and wanting to see if they started serving breakfast again I decided to stop, drive thru worker was friendly, breakfast is being served again, in and out drive thru was fast and the food was 10 out of 10. I am glad to see this location has had a turn around so I can never go to the mcdonalds near by ever again.
Laziest staff in the world. If you place a pickup order through DoorDash they are too lazy to hand it to you through the drive-thru. Had my toddler in the car with me and had to take him inside with me to pick up the order off the shelf. Losers!

I have watched this Taco Bell do a complete 180 since Covid. They struggled for quite a while there and I’m so glad to see they have bounced back better than before.
I’m honestly not even done eating my order, I just have to leave my review 😂
Whoever made my Mexican Pizza & 2 Supreme Tacos today…I hope good things in life find and reward you like the cool side of a pillow in the summer. You deserve it.

1 of the best taco bells I have ever been to & ate at. Employees are always very cool & friendly & fast service. Food is always accurate & hot & fresh. Don't have to wait long for food. Definitely recommend this place!
