Waited 20+ minutes for food. Food didn’t come before I had to get to my flight. Unacceptable for an airport restaurant.

I waited for 24 minutes after I ordered and I had to leave. It is a nice looking place, but all I ordered was a Club. They weren't crowded either. I'd hope that wouldn't take that long, or they'd let me know the kitchen was running that far behind.

I see other low reviews, so hopefully they can fix the issues.

Avoid at all costs: Employees suck, restaurant sucks, require a QR code to pay and order, which discriminates against the disabled. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. The ambience is trash the mens room at this airbort had better ambience. And the food choices suck. Id rather take a crippler crossface from chris benoit than eat then go here.

Please update your menu...and let ppl know what you DO NOT HAVE on the menu before sitting. You seat & place your orders yourself ...not terrible. Just not good.

Food wasn’t bad. Nothing fancy but decent for the airport. Had to wait a little while for a table since then manager pulled all of the staff to the pass to berate them about some perceived slight. They all looked miserable after that, but cheered up. Treat your staff matter ma’am.

Absolutely horrendous. The service is non-existent, staff openly ignores people waiting to be seating and if you’re lucky enough to be seated - you never see your server again. Avoid this place at all costs - the servers just do not care and are extremely rude.

Ordered a beyond burger and drinks asked for no cheese as I'm a veganBurger was delivered with cheese I asked for it to be remade and they took it back for like 3 mi it's scraped the cheese off it and flipped the patty over to try and hide itThen re-served it to meLuckily I checkedAlso the fries were over done and tasteless

Service was slow despite us being the only ones there. But I must say the server handled our food issue very professionally. The coleslaw must have been expired or something so she refunded us.

Service horrible, once a server came out she told people in line, "sorry it will be a while, my section is full". There were a ton of open tables. Bar tender only solid employee in my opinion. Most people in line left, including myself.

I arrived and was told to order off my phone. Started ordering, then the waiter came and told me she needed to activate my table. She did not return for 15 minutes and told me I could order. So I did and it had me pay right then and there. So then I waited for my drink and food. The waiter asked me what I order to drink I told her and again asked if my order went through since I already paid.She NEVER returned. I checked my receipt a complete hour had gone by. I flagged down the waiter and asked her. She then asked what I orderProceeds to turn around grab my food and bring it to me. Completely cold and walkedOff saying she would get me a partial refundShe walked away before I could tell her the food was cold.I ate the cold food since I already paid. The waiter never returned, not to fill my empty drink, not to check on my food or bring me a refundI had a flight to catch so I had to leave. Since I paid ahead of time I had already tipped 20% since I assumed the service would be half okay. I highly regret that.My suggestion the Cincinnati airport has many food spots. Don’t come here and if you do don’t pay ahead of time so if you need to leave for a flight you can without losing out of money.

What a travesty, even by airport standards. Nashville hot chicken was like a deeeeeep fried McNugget which had been sitting out for hours and slathered in grotesquely sweet barbecue sauce. It also had what looked like shredded cheese on top, but I couldn’t confirm since none of it had any discernible flavor. I’m only mad at myself for not taking the 10 seconds to see it had a 2-star rating, which in itself is a feat.
