The staff there is friendly and attentive. The manager who was there on 1-17-26 at 11am was absolutely the sweetest. My daughter wanted a certain toy and she dug and found it for her. It made her day. Thank you all so much!

Ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. No sour cream, no butter, no fork. Enough chives for 3 potatoes. YUM!!

I had no issues with the food here, a Baconator can always cheer up one’s day, but throughout the entire drive through (both windows) nobody said even one word to me. Just took my card, let out a sigh of what I can only describe as disgust at me for even giving a kind glance over to them, and handed it back, turned around and shut the window. I wondered if I had done anything to upset them, but I corrected my self doubting behavior by reminding myself, I didn’t even get a chance to say anything at all! I slowly approached the next window, my heart anticipating another rejection, and the man just handed me a bag, and closed the window again. I was unsure of whether or not this was everything I’d ordered, i sat there for a brief moment checking the bag, and I was good to go. But I just felt so alone? I typically go to fast food joints to have some human interaction, maybe some kind small talk, but this left me feeling empty, cold, rejected, alone. Please tell your workers to be warmer to the customers. Yes, we live in a cruel world, but little acts of kindness DO make a difference.

Maybe two and a half stars. It's still good food from years past, but the prices are atrocious now, of course. I remember when a Jr. Bacon was on the ninety nine cent menu there, such as other items and they used to love the Biggie size menu as in Biggie drinks and the Biggie fries. The employees try hard to give what they've got during the lunch and morning rush. They do incorporate good deals such as the frosty key ring and the biggie bags which include a small feast for a decent price. The dining room can be sloppy and dirty at times, especially when the employees scatter their own mess during craft days or Christmas, meaning that they make a mess for a company event in their dining room and then just leave the mess sitting there for weeks on the tables that maybe customers want to utilize. They changed their beverage machine to the self serve one thousand choice Coke products which kind of tastes gross because there are too many choices and they all get mushed together sometimes, as in when you get a coke, you can also taste another flavor with it, and the beverage machine might help with the Door Dash orders, but also encourages customers to steal, as in only paying for water and then purposely getting a beverage.

3rd time in a row order was wrong despite using the app. The people with unnatural hair colors are unable to hand off the right bag. Will be avoiding this location in future.

The employees that work the register never talk. I’ve been there multiple times they just look at you. You don’t know if you are paying for the person behind you or how much the total is.
