Shrimp and mixed vegetables had the best flavor. Glad I tried this place. Will be back.
Five Grains Noodle House is so tasty and delicious! As indicated by their name their soups/noodles are the best. I love the broth they use as well. I would most definitely recommend their soups from the menu!
One of the few authentic Asian restaurants in Northern Kentucky. Food is fresh and fantastic. House made by Chef.
What an unassuming little spot. Serving up delicious food and excellent service.
Holy cow this place is GREAT! Stopped in for lunch and my mouth is still tingling. I got the Spicy and Sour Noodle Soup with Fish Fillet Pieces (#48) at the servers suggestion and he did not steer me wrong. Fantastic flavor!! It may not be the biggest bowl I've ever seen, but its definitely the biggest bowl I've ever eaten! I got the The staff was very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back!
I recommended the Mala Noodle Soup with Beef, but I swapped the rice noodles for spaghetti. I added extra spaghetti too, since the soup’s flavor might be a bit strong for most Americans—more noodles help tone it down.
We walked in and ordered takeout. General Tso's Chicken with fried rice, Chicken Lo Mein, and spring rolls are what we ordered. The food was ok and hot. The restaurant was clean.
I felt General Tso's was a little bland for my personal taste (it wasn't bad). The rice was good. The quantity of rice was more than enough for me and I suspect two people could have shared it while still having some left. The quantity of General Tso's Chicken was also enough to feed two.
My gal enjoyed her chicken lo mein although she felt it was slightly oily or greasy. This dish was also served in a plentiful quantity, although if two people were eating it I'd recommend getting a side dish.
The spring rolls were delicious.
I have to say the service at this place was outstanding and they went above and beyond. My gal went inside and ordered our food . She came back out to the truck to wait with me. She was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later a young man walked up to her door, verified the order, and presented us with our food. That's top notch and something you don't see much of, anymore. We'll be going back again.
Delicious food, fast & efficient service, and a quiet place to relax.

Food was very good but a little high on salt content. I am on limited salt diet. Went way over my allowance at this place. But it was good.

We did a carryout order.
The good: best egg rolls! I'm very particular about my egg rolls and these are delicious. Wish I had ordered more. The crab rangoon is good enough, as well as the white rice.
The not so good: It was difficult to tell the difference between the orange chicken and sesame looks and flavor wise. The chicken itself was very stringy- almost inedible. We tried the corn noodle soup, it was just okay, not very flavorful.
