My fiance and I are currently here, super full and only halfway through our noodles! He got the spicy mala noodles and I got the chicken broth with chicken tender noodles. We also got the egg rolls but we ate them too fast for any pictures. The food was DELICIOUS, and the server was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back!
UPDATE: Return visit today, August 11th, and just as great! The server was the same, and he was wonderful. We will have to come back more often! I got the chicken broth with noodles like before, and we also got the egg rolls again. Differences were that we also got the fried dumplings which were so good, and my fiancé got the sesame chicken - he loved it! Definitely come here for great service and yummy food!

Y'all.. This Orange Flavored Chicken is crazy. This wasn't your standard fluorescent sugar bomb. This was juicy, fruity, zingy, and somehow simultaneously light and sinful. It was like a citrus-fueled love affair in my mouth and I didn’t want it to end. If the Colonel tasted this chicken, he'd throw his white suit in the fryer and retire. Hit em up.

I was in Cincinnati on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem near CVG airport. The service was fantastic. The fish broth was incredibly flavorful and tasted genuinely authentic—comforting yet rich. What really stood out were the five different colored noodles, each with a unique texture and presentation that made the meal both delicious and visually appealing. A delightful and unexpected culinary experience just 10 minutes from the airport!

Amazing food and staff. There are standard Chinese restaurant meals on the menu, but I highly recommend any of their signature noodle bowls.

Five Grains Noodle House is so tasty and delicious! As indicated by their name their soups/noodles are the best. I love the broth they use as well. I would most definitely recommend their soups from the menu!
One of the few authentic Asian restaurants in Northern Kentucky. Food is fresh and fantastic. House made by Chef.
What an unassuming little spot. Serving up delicious food and excellent service.
Holy cow this place is GREAT! Stopped in for lunch and my mouth is still tingling. I got the Spicy and Sour Noodle Soup with Fish Fillet Pieces (#48) at the servers suggestion and he did not steer me wrong. Fantastic flavor!! It may not be the biggest bowl I've ever seen, but its definitely the biggest bowl I've ever eaten! I got the The staff was very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back!
I recommended the Mala Noodle Soup with Beef, but I swapped the rice noodles for spaghetti. I added extra spaghetti too, since the soup’s flavor might be a bit strong for most Americans—more noodles help tone it down.
