It was my first time at Lumpy's, which from where I live is around 10 to 12 miles just to get there, but it was worth the trip. The bbq and coleslaw was great but the only reason I gave the food a 4 rating is I was disappointed in the baked beans, which is nothing more than Van Camps Pork and Beans. I will buy from them again as the bbq is better than anything else around in the Hopkinsville and Oak Grove area.

Worth the scenic drive! We were just passing through on our road trip from Oregon to Tennessee and wanted to enjoy a taste of Kentucky. Lumpy’s pulled pork, ribs, Burgoo and sauce were all delicious! Highly recommended

“Hole in the wall” restaurant.I recommend the cheeseburger and fries here! And add a sweet tea on the side as well!!I was very impressed by the meat patty in the burger. There’s a crisp to it and juicy at the same time.Not going to lie, first time eating a cheese burger and actually said “woah, this is delicious”. Visual looks like a home cooked burger but the flavors outmatched the visual.I’m definitely coming back again because there’s something special about the burger here. Little hard to describe unless you actually sit down and eat here!
