Applebee's Grill + Bar

My boyfriend and I went out to eat for a nice little date, as Applebees is our go to. Our waitress not only took forever to take our order, but even after he showed her the picture of what he wanted- the food still came out incorrect. This is not what upset us though as we understand that accidents happen and mistakes can be made. What was upsetting is his remake took over 25 minutes to make and the restaurant was DEAD. Literally only 3 other tables were sat, 2 had food and one walked out due to not being attended to. I will thank the bartender however, she took care of us and handled our bill- which we had no problem paying even without being comped. So for that, we are thankful and grateful. However, we will probably not return.

Absolutely fantastic service from the young lady with glasses. It was later in the night and me and a group of friends enjoyed a great meal with even better service. I'll be coming here more often.

Ok so my family goes to Applebee’s frequently. They love it, at the moment I’m changing my mind. every time I get kids if you guys been having the same menu for about 20 years change up for once!!!I’m so sick of it every single time I wanna go there and get something new all you guys have is a dry, nasty fatty patty burgers, and then dry chicken tenders no, I’m not leaving it at that. You guys only be giving me three fries and like those tiny little chicken tenders the chicken might as well be chicken nugget at this point I am so sick and tired of this. We should stand up for our kid rights I’m so sick of always having water down drinks. Come on. And why would i like mac and cheese as meal thats a whole SIDEEEEEEE!!!!! And when i did get Mac and cheese as my main because i thought it would be wonderful i got maggots 😤🤮🤢like what a sick prank

Let me explain the star review. I had lunch on June 1 2025 paid with my credit card service was great food was ok my problem is they have a pending charge on my credit card the amount I signed for has clear the pending amount is more I have been calling for 3 days at different times and no one answered the phone so I resorted to this method since the owner seems to respond to reviews

Terrible food don't waste your time or gas!! My server was lovely & management was nice also. However food was trash!! Luke warm fries tenders was over cooked & clearly not fresh riblets was fatty & disgusting.

We had lunch for first time at this location today. We had the Grilled chx bacon ranch with fries and Whiskey Burger with fries. Food was excellent! Server didn't over bother us which we appreciate. Will definitely return again!
