Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was my bowl. Chipotle is not cheap and for them to not even fill up half my bowl is absolutely ridiculous. This seems to be a common theme with this Chipotle.

Yesterday, I witnessed at least ten individuals enter the store, only to turn around and leave due to the store’s shortage of steak and sour cream.
The manager was working hard to keep the staff engaged and neat, despite being pretty run down by rude customers, but there is only so much you can do when your employees are over that shift.
My guess is with NKU being back the store was busier than it has been all summer and stock was not updated to reflect the increase in customers.
I feel bad writing this, but running out of sour cream as a chipotle is pretty crazy.

Unironically the best Chipotle I've been to. Great staff, fresh and cheaper food, it's rarely let me down

The food was good. The staff was nice but like in their own place and just tried to get things done. The store could have been a little cleaner especially around the soda area

Best Chipotle in the Cincinnati area. The food is always cooked well rice chicken all of it. Portions are great too

Yo! I love this Chipotle! Top 1 in the area. The one by the Walmart is 2nd, Newport is last! Super fast service, welcoming employees, yummy good food! The other two chipotles always make my stomach hurt, but.. this one… has yet to do it!!! Congrats. The trophies will be coming in next week. I also really enjoy the one drink with the Apple Cider. I always think about it because when I fill up my cup, I think about wow.. if I were to drink this everyday I could have very good glass skin. If you didn’t know.. apple cider vinegar is a great health supplement!! Okay.. overall, great store! I like it tons.

I had no issue with the delivery driver he was a real sweetheart and he made me feel very happy what I didn’t like was I order this from Uber and my order isn’t what I ask for , I had black beans order and brown rice plus a xtra wrap and it was not that warm
I did not want white rice I didn’t get any beans I ask for black and I order a xtra wrap for both burritos didn’t get that as well the food was not very hot it was warm almost cool there should be a place to tell chipotle when they mess up like they did with my order I was not happy with the order today first time that has happen to me usually they get my orders right

Used to be our favorite location as it was always clean, organized and delicious but the last 2 times we walked in and we turned around and walked right back out. Dirty tables, floor, counters, food area, looks very unkept.

Chipotle is just not what it used to be.

We rarely eat here but that needs to change. I recommend the new spicy honey chicken-it's so good! I recommended it to my coworker and when he went later that day they were out of it

Liked the food but employees don't tell you that guacamole is an extra $2.99 as you go thru the line.

The best chipotle I have been to ever. Food and staff are always on point. I’ll go out of my way to go to highland heights location every time.
