Chipotle has been my favorite place to eat. Anymore it's disappointing. The staff are very entitled and feel burdening them to do their job. All I did was ask for peppers and I got the look of anger. The restaurant was a disaster with overflowing garbage cans and no tables clean to eat at. Just disappointing, it looks like hot heads from here on out

You'll eat rice and beans and you'll be happy about it .. this location can't be bothered to actually put chicken or cheese on their burritos.. ya know it's not like they have all the money in the world they have to cheap out on every burrito they make...

We come in every Wednesday night with at least 6 people and the staff's always welcoming even when it's an hour to close, we are always welcomed and never rushed. Not to mention the freshest best Chipotle in the greater Cincinnati area. Glasses blond hair always on the line Wednesday night cant remember their name employee ever!Vegetarian options: Free guacamole with no protien choice!

I’ve been going to this Chipotle for years since it opened. I Stopped in to order a few sides(in the small clear cups) for my son. Was told $6.36. I said a kids meal is only $5. The rude worker who claimed she was the manager when I asked for one said “order that then!” She said do you want the sides or not. Hard to believe that she is a manager with the snottiness and attitude. Lost a loyal customer today.

I’m not sure if chipotle is giving bigger portions because of all the social media flak or not, but today’s was on point. Whoever was making the bowls 1/24 at 12:45pm promote them. Actually felt like I got my moneys worth for once.
The satff is kind but they have lowered the portions and now its like a kids meal for adults. I remember when they chould barley close the lid on a bowl you got so much food . For the price they should go back to there old ways .

Best Chipotle i've been to in the Tri-state area!I will go out of my way to come to this location (outside of busy periods) They load up the bowl and the ingredients are always available and fresh (which is more than i can say about other places. If you're in the mood for chipotle come to this one and thank me!
