Only 1 person working, I felt bad for him, he never stopped. My pick up was 6:10 I finally got it at 7:10. Poor guy didn't have any help and orders kept coming in.

Although was placed thru uber eats, so I wasn’t able to modify my order thru app. I immediately called store to tell them my modifications. First call, I spoke to a store associate whom I told my issue she then said she was going to reroute me to front to have them modify my order. Rang twice they picked up but then hung up. And upon calling back was continuously ignored. First time customer whom won’t be back. Being that I am from out of state and had never heard of them, had such high hopes for this establishment, people matter, service matter, when we don’t receive quality service it puts a distaste in ur mouth making the food not appealing in the least. Word of advice, slow down and just pay attention to ur customers, they r the ones paying ur salary when u think about it, we dont come back, eventually jobs are lost. One does affect the other. Hope this review is taken into thought and learned from and not just tossed aside….

They use DoorDash and a driver delivered to the wrong place and Donatos won't quickly or easily refund or replace the pizza.

The workers are using bare hands with meat and everything they put on the sandwich sat here for 10 minutes watching them use there bare hands after one just changed the trash and one lady was eating a piece of bread dipping it In the sauce after she took a bite off of it the sauce bucket they put on everyone’s pizza absolutely disgusting

By that time, we are now at the Donatos location, just to be told we can't even place an order with the person standing in front of us either. Only online orders. That's just crazy. Never again. Walked out and didn't get anything. Will be spending my money elsewhere.

I love Donatos pizza but the highland heights location has been just awful.Last time I came here I called in the order they said would be 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later I was the only customer and the staff forgot to make my order. Took an additional 20 minutesI waited a few months before ordering again. This time show up and my pizza is still in pan sitting at the end of oven I’m not sure for how long but the worker told me it was overcooked stuck to the pan and she had to remake. Here I am waiting again.Not sure how much your time is worth but I really do not care for hanging out inside of a Donatos.Food is good but service is the worst
