I love Donatos pizza but the highland heights location has been just awful.Last time I came here I called in the order they said would be 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later I was the only customer and the staff forgot to make my order. Took an additional 20 minutesI waited a few months before ordering again. This time show up and my pizza is still in pan sitting at the end of oven I’m not sure for how long but the worker told me it was overcooked stuck to the pan and she had to remake. Here I am waiting again.Not sure how much your time is worth but I really do not care for hanging out inside of a Donatos.Food is good but service is the worst

Pick up veggie pizza was LOADED with veggies. Wife and I ate in the car, so good hot. We use the app to order. So easy and fast.

Donatos has been our go to for years. However, their service using Doordash is ridiculous. I ordered delivery, got a text saying it would be delivered at a specific time. When it didn't show, I followed the link in the text to check the status... where it said the order was canceled! The text came from Doordash. I called the store who said Doordash canceled it per customer request. I had no knowledge of any of this, and had I not followed that link, I wouldn't even know it was canceled. The clerk at the store was unapologetic and defensive. I just wanted to fix it and order again, but he told me to go elsewhere and hung up. I then started a chat with Doordash, who gave me further runaround and blamed it on Donatos. You guys need to get your act together.

Honestly 2 stars might be too high after my experience tonight. But the food is always good. That’s why I gotta give them that. But it was cold by the time I got home. Like I knew it would be.

Hot Donatos pizza is great...including here. Since we live some distance away, we can only have hot Donatos on on-site here. The seating is not good. Also, staff is divided between 2 connected brands. One person is sometimes serving both sides. Not good.

Pizza late over 30 mins past delivery time, food cold. Twice. Never again
Ordered small very beggy thin crust no olives. Pie was smothered in olives and room temperature. Web site had price as $12.29Adding .74 for tax, I should have been charged $13.04. I was actually charged $15.67.

Of all the regional pizza chains (Marco's, LaRosa's, Jet's, etc.), I've been consistently least impressed by Donatos. They're apparently best known for their thin crust piza, which isn't that great, & their edge to edge pepperoni, which is about average. This location is tiny, with no indoor dining area, & share's space with a Whit's Frozen Custard. With Valentine's Day fast approaching, I thought I'd stop by & try their version of a heart-shaped pizza & I can't say I was thrilled. Service was fine, but the pizza was bland & looked much less like a heart than hoped for. Pizza & love should matter more.

First time using the app myself with a new account setup. The price of the pizza and the side ended up being 2 dollars cheaper than what the app said. But we didn't get our cup of Mariana sauce and the Ranch cup ended up being opened and spilled all over the pepperoni cheese bread. So I am not mad just an average rating today for it. Just secured the ranch better next time. Ordered that for my wife. I don't eat it myself. We will probably be back in the future still.
