Firehouse Subs Highland Heights

They were really nice here. And helpful. As a Vegan they don't have a real option for me though. I tried their veggie sub with mushrooms but it didn't hit at all. I really wish they had a veggie patty! That would have totally made the sub a good one for a Vegan. But when I tell u the workers were sweet and helpful, I mean that. And I thank them so much.

Picked up an Uber Eats order from here on 5/23. They had me retrieve the chips for them and they didn't even bother to seal the customers order. Just handed me the bag.

Not great honestly, smaller place but was very loud , and coming actually eat the food was kind of mid and the place was not cleaned, I cleaned ketchup stained the crap of my shoes, there where marks on the window of unknown substances, bird poo, and was overall kind of gross, not really all that worth it

My sister went in to pick up a mobile order and there was one on the counter, she flipped the bag around to see the name and the guy behind the counter immediately started yelling at her saying that was a man’s name so the food couldn’t be hers. First of all how do you know she’s not picking the food up for another person? He then proceeded to yell at her some more, ask her the name on her order, then THREW her order at her, and told her to “get her own damn chips”. Most insane encounter i’ve ever seen and that man had horrible customer service.

Came in today for carry out. I stood at the registers for roughly 5 minutes before realizing that both of the workers were sitting on the floor behind the counter talking the entire time. They finally realize I’m there and come over to take my order. I order then sit down to wait. On the tv they are watching Michal Myers (Halloween Kills to be exact. While I love Michael Myers, I can’t say that this is appropriate for a family restaurant. Unfortunately both sandwiches we received were very cold. We only live 3 minutes away so that’s pretty frustrating.

Polite professional young workers making sure your purchase and experience is great. The sandwiches are great!

Great subs for a good price during promotions

Every time I order from Uber Eats I need to modify my order I always call the store to ask them if they will not Toast My Bread I put my veggies on the side I always can get through and talk to someone and they always make sure that my sandwich is very satisfying I appreciate all of them at the Alexandria Firehouse Sub thank you for always picking up the phone and never not too busy to make sure that I am very satisfied I am very thankful you have the best subs out of Subway Jersey Mike Jimmy John's keep the good work

Welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door very clean restaurant….. The workers were gentleman…..

Spent 50$ dollars for 2 subs had it delivered from uber eats , when the subs came and went to eat they both were messed up , my French dip came with no sauce and worse than that 4 inches of it was just bread and no vinegar and oil as for the Philly steak that was worse the meat and cheese was sprinkled on it didn’t have anything else on it that was ordered and by the time I got them and called they were closed so tells me a lot about how customers satisfaction is when it gets close for them to go home and I recommend zero but that’s not an option

Overall quality of the food was terrible. We thought we would try this place since Jersey Mike’s was closed. Big mistake. Portions were small, bread was soggy and somehow stale at the same time, meat was slimy, tomatoes were cut poorly and mealy, slathered in mayo when we specified no mayo. On the receipt it even clearly said, No Mayo. Got the wrong chips. Worst of all the prices were crazy! Just really, really horrible.
I understand it’s hard to find reliable workers who care about their job but this seems like numerous issues that a manager should be able to resolve. I’m not asking for much here but you gotta give me something.

All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Take you money to a deli and make your own sandwich.
