I ordered ahead, and when I went to pick up I confirmed with the servers if all of my items were in the bag or not. They confidently confirmed all of the items were there, and even looked annoyed that I bothered to ask. There's no good way to check after they dump a bunch of fries on top of everything and seal the bag shut, so I trusted her. After a 15 minute drive home, I find an item is missing. I call back, let them know what happened and come back in to pick up the item, and they were apologetic and very nice about it. But when I come home yet again to deliver my wife's burger to her, the burger was still made wrong, completely missing several ingredients. Very disappointed

Today at 1305 hrs I came to eat lunch at this store. The staff was friendly. After I paid for food the manager got in the face of the young lady working the register,made her jaw drop,and pulled her to the back of the kitchen for a talking too!! Myself and rest of five guys crew we're shocked! It seems unethical to perform that in front of customers and other crew members!! Recommend have a counseling session with this manager!!

WAY too much money for what you get. When I'm paying $13 for a burger, I better be getting something more than what I can get at Wendy's. And that is not the case. We spent about $15-17 per person and ended up with burgers that I wouldn't be surprised to be served from any fast food joint for half the cost.
