We purchased our drink here at 3:37 p.m., and unfortunately, the cashier assisting us at that time was unnecessarily rude. I am not sure what the issue may have been, but her behavior came across as increasingly unkind.

On Monday, August 18 around 3:30 PM, I had a really disappointing experience with one of the cashiers (glasses, long black hair). She was disrespectful and had a rude attitude. When we asked if there were any non-caffeinated drinks, she acted frustrated and responded in a harsh tone. Every time we ordered something, her attitude got meaner and meaner, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. As students/customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy, but this felt the opposite.
