I waited 10 min and no one to be seen. My son even kept opening the door so the bell could get their attention. And nothing. My son even saw some workers in the back. He tried several attempts until one saw us. We also could only get something from the freezer.

Yeah, this is the most under staffed and under equipped Whit's I have visited. 4 of the 5 times I've visted they were missing milk or some of the ingredients for a milkshake.

The google maps and website said it was open when me and my party visited turns out it was closed. We got no service and just a wait of 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place as it is a big meany liar

We were so looking forward to trying Whit’s. Arrived at 4 pm on a Sunday. The listing stated they were open. Apparently, they don’t serve until 5. We could only get items from the freezer cases. We bought some filled cookies just for something. They were hard to eat as the custard was only in the very center. The custard tasted like freezer burnt soft serve. The cookie was good. The gal working was very nice.

Waited to be served for around 15 minutes and no one ever came out. It said they were open on Google but appeared to have no workers behind counter.

Google and internet said they were open but at 3:30 on a Friday women at co-located Donatos said they were not opening till 5pm. Wasted 20 minute drive. ? love Witt's, not this location.
After visiting the Lebanon location on Mother's Day we were happy to find a location that wouldn't be out of the way for us. Unfortunately, the experience was not the same as Lebanon. For starters, there was no old-timey feel as it was sharing a location with Donato's Pizza and had zero character. Secondly, the only place we could sit outside was in front of another restaurant a couple suites up. Biggest of all, I don't know if it was because of our selections or something else but the custard was not good at all. Perhaps if the custard was good we would have gotten over the other things, but it wasn't. I'm leery about stopping by again.

delicious custardvery nice young lady behind the counter
Do get Whits Custard, just don't bother going here.
This shop is split in two with Donatos. They had one guy running both counters. Several of us waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the guy argued for 10+ minutes (arguing when we got there) with a customer in person over ordering pizza. We left and got sweets elsewhere.

This store is shared with Donatos and they also apparently share the same lone worker. Walked in and there was a couple waiting to buy ice cream in front of us. Waited about 10 minutes and they gave up. The one worker was too busy arguing with a customer on the Donatos side to where he couldn't serve us. We waited maybe 5 more minutes and him and the customer were still arguing so we left too. We've had Whits before and it's great. I would highly recommend it... just not at this location.

First time visitors.....will make this a regular stop everytime I visit my kid at college
Ordered a mint shake with Oreos. I think they poured half the syrup bottle in it. It wasn’t sweet at all, just tasted like Altoids. Def made me a little sick. Had maybe two teaspoons of Oreos in a large. Wayyy too runny, like a cup of acrid milk. And it was $8. Pretty bad. Other stuff may be good, but that was my first time going in there and I’m not going back lol.
Went to whits last Saturday 03/18/23 and purchased 3 medium Whitzers at over $7/piece 2 of which were barely over half full, the last one was still only about 3/4 full. Did not say anything to the kid behind the counter as it was slow enough already and there was a family behind us. Sent Whit’s a message on their website and a week later have not heard anything back. I do not recommend as the pricing is outrageous and the customer service is practically nonexistent. Will not be back.
