Went through drive-through today to grab myself some lunch and I was yelled at by someone working in the back to pull forward to wait because I took 20 seconds longer to ask the person at the window to make sure my sauces were included. This location is notorious for missing items and missing so I have to make sure to ask and being yelled at for it is absolutely insane and on top of it, they have their phones disconnected, so I can’t call and complain. Don’t recommend.

I live right across the street from there and it’s the worst McDonald’s in Louisville. They either leave out your fries every time or the other night they were closed because they said the other shift didn’t leave them any food and it would be two hours to restock which I know that’s BS because I don’t take that long to cook the food. They never have enough people working there. It’s terrible will not go in there again. Their managers need to take note if you go in there after five you’re screwed

Absolutely horrible. Waited 10 minutes with no one in line for 2 drinks and one meal. Everyone set our stuff down on the counter and walked away and didn't see anyone for like 5 minutes. The food was fine but everyone was so rude and didn't care about the customer at all. The people behind us sped off because they were taking so long. They're lucky we even payed.

I ordered a number 1 large with UNSWEETENED tea and 2 double cheeseburgers no pickles. They had me pull up to wait for food which did not come out until I called to ask what the heck. When they brought food everything was cold and the tea was a sweet tea. Harmful to a diabetic. It wasn’t even that busy. worst service I have ever received

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in Louisville. This is what they serve you and think it's ok clearly see one got the Carmel one was forgotten again. And all the coffee grounds Mind you this is the second round as the first round coffee's were even more awful. After this I just poured it out and went to scooters. The manager is terrible and doesn't apologize or anything at all. Do not waste your time.

employees are always rude as hell. just picked up an order; not only did the red head girl not say a word after handing me our drink with rbf, all of our food was cold and stale after it took her 10 minutes to ‘make’ a burger and some chicken nuggets. order is wrong 99% of the time

Always at 4am having a “system reboot” very unreliable. And hardly ever get my order right anyway. Will not ever go back!

we didn’t get any food.😭 we had ordered and they called our number, we went up, the food was gone. We waited for another 10 minutes or so and called out for help. they told us they already gave us the food but we didn’t recieve it. the manager insisted checking the camera but never did 💔 we left without no food or refund

Stay away!!! This location doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes! If I order thru curbside on a McDonald’s app I expect to get my order especially once u take my payment! However I never got my order and the incompetent managers or overseers Aliyah and Wanda have different stories. Aliyah says u will get a credit in 24 hours, Wanda says 72 hours! Corporate emails and says the store will issue a refund and they still refused! It’s been over 72 hours and still no charge has been reversed! I guess the LITTLE m arch needs the $7 more than I do 🤷🏾‍♂️😂! Avoid at all cost!!!!
