I was at McDonald’s at 8:23 yesterday 2/4/2026 I was greeted through drive through properly as I used my rewards this employee went above and beyond as he was having a little difficulty with the system changing the drink from a small to a large but got it done I was happy because of his pleasantry’s that’s what makes this a 5 star review. He seemed very happy to provide good customer service apologizing stating he will fix it as he did he was very polite and I hope that the management team will find out what his name is and give him the kudos that he deserves. Also the guy who greeted me at the window to pay was really nice as well overall really happy with the customer service aspect that I received

I totally understand that y'all are constantly busy. But, when I order my food? I'd appreciate it if the presentation was better than someone that just threw something together. The food is always good, the service is great. The employees are always friendly. But damn. The presentation I receive when I unwrap my food? Always looks like it's been thrown together in a hurry. Lopsided burgers. Half assed dressed. Looking like y'all's in a hurry to expedite orders. C'mon y'all. You can do better.

I went there on new years eve around 10pm. I mobile ordered and still waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line. This isnt the employees fault. After waiting so long and having seen the person who took my order also take peoples order inside, bag food, and hand out my food i asked if he was the only one working. He said there was 1 other person. Management why in the world are you having 2 people work new years eve when you are one of the only places open. The guy I talked to was great, the food was great. But why wasnt anyone else there. As someone who works in food, even if there were call outs why didnt any managers come in if they knew it was just going to be 2 people. Shame on you.

Went through drive-through today to grab myself some lunch and I was yelled at by someone working in the back to pull forward to wait because I took 20 seconds longer to ask the person at the window to make sure my sauces were included. This location is notorious for missing items and missing so I have to make sure to ask and being yelled at for it is absolutely insane and on top of it, they have their phones disconnected, so I can’t call and complain. Don’t recommend.
