I stop here everyday but lately one of the workers have been very unfriendly, my eggbites was cold ,I didn't say anything first day second day cold again so I politely asked to have them remade, no sorry no nothing, just a unfriendly look on her face and handed them to me ,I said thank you and no your welcome, just rude for no reason, what happened to good customer service ,with this being said they're a few nice people who's waited on me but the few bad ones need to go ,I won't be back with customer service like that .

Update: While I was willing to gloss over the mochas of the last 2-3 months… it seems like 1/2 of the ones I get taste like water until you get to the bottom then it’s over powering chocolate. I think a lot of these aren’t being mixed properly. Today (30 Sep) was the latest. Otherwise I love this place.
Definitely a great go-to for a drink if you want friendly and fast service. The mochas that I get have been on point and crush Starbucks in terms of flavor (and I am a fan of Starbucks). Highly recommend this place!

Favorite place for coffee. Always friendly cheaper then Starbucks and taster. Love the charged lemonade as much as the coffee.
Ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and it was halfway full and tasted bland

Says it open early in the morning online, but when I arrive at 6:15 before work, not a soul there. Do not leave a open tag online unless your actually open.

Usually, even a bad drink from scooters is still pretty good. But they were having an off day today. I ordered the oreo blender. It's a seasonal thing, and I don't get it often, so I figured I would give it a go.
First, it was blended horribly. Not a drinkable texture at all. The straw refused to bring any of the liquid through it. And it's possibly because (and I know it's a weird complaint), but there was waaaaaay too much oreo in there. The liquid to cookie ratio just turned the drink into a sludge mixture. It was overly sweet and wholly unpleasant.
The service is always great. Staff is super friendly. It was also my first time to this particular location and first impressions as far as the drinks go isn't good. I'll probably stick to the stores I frequent and won't return to this one.

Went Scooters in Hillview and order a large white mocha with no ice. They only filled my cup 3/4 full. I asked why my cup wasn't full to the top. Their reply was will if you had ice it would be full. So tell me what's the difference between a large hot coffee & iced? Will not be back . Staying with StarBucks. They serve their customers right.
