A friendly atmosphere and they hardly ever mess up a order and if they do mess up the order they don't put on a frown they just smile and makes sure they fix it right for you and very happily exchange your order
Really good place to get a quick bite, they have to have the fastest drive thru of any DQ I have visited and hardly ever make a mistake. My son goes to this DQ so much he kinda has his own combo...lol. Before I can tell them a 4 pc chicken strip basket, no bread, no gravy they had ready finished my sentence and were replacing the bread and gravy with a extra piece of chicken and extra fries with a large milk! It's the little things sometimes that makes the biggest difference!
I enjoy eating here because: (1) Day shift staff are (without fake smiles) usually friendly. One employee, I don't know her name, but her smile always seems to be GENUINE. Non-verbally, it's as if her smile says "I'm so glad you all decided to bring your family today, what can we get for them. (2) My order (sometimes complicated by several young children requests all on the same order) are "almost always" 100% exactly what and how we order it. In...
