The two big ladies they got working the window need to be FIRED. The restaurant industry is not for them and I’ve learned that over the course of the past couple months of me coming there. They are RUDE, nasty, and just not people you need to have working in food. Y’all got the meats alright. ?

The staff is very rude and when confronted with an order they got wrong, I was berated and disrespected because they can’t fix a sandwich properly.
We had to wait a little while, but in all fairness, there were 5 of us. The wait was well worth the wait. The food was great, thanks, Arby's, for employing competent people at this restaurant, and the girl that took our orders was sweet

Every time I have gone to Arby’s on Ft. Campbell Blvd. in Hopkinsville, I received a theft by deception order. A large fry will have a half order that will not even fill a small order fry box. I have to check my order every time before I leave the to make sure the fries are the amount that is ordered. It’s ridiculous that service has come to this. It truly is theft by deception.
