Even though it’s over an hour round trip from my small city, I gladly make the drive to Chick-fil-A in Hopkinsville, KY. The food is consistently top notch, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff are nothing short of amazing. In all the years I’ve been doing business there, I’ve never met an unkind person. Whoever trained this team deserves a bonus—and maybe a plaque in the breakroom.
What I appreciate most, especially as I begin my own ministry, is their decision to close on Sundays. It’s not just a schedule—it’s a stand. Chick-fil-A chooses rest, reflection, and reverence over profit, and that speaks to the kind of intentional living I deeply admire.

I showed up to Chick-fil-A with no idea what to order. I’ve recently had some dietary restrictions come into my life, and after years of dealing with these issues and “roughing it out”, I found that eating out can actually be kind of stressful when you’re whole world flips upside down. I was honestly confused and unsure what I could safely eat. One of the gentlemen working there noticed and kindly walked me through the menu. He helped me find the grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. It was delicious, safe, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. God bless

Always good. I ordered the chicken strips (which I've never had) and some waffle fries. The strips weren't much bigger than their nuggets, and they tasted different than the sandwich and nuggets. I won't be ordering strips again. I didn't care for them. But their original sandwich and nuggets are great.

Paid $7.98 for 2 Kale Crunch sides, only to get home and find that I had two LETTUCE crunch salads?? If you're out of something, at least make it known. I would've gotten something else... kind of aggravating. Everything else was fine, but c'mon...

First time ever had a terrible experience at Chic Fil-A To start, my last receipt had a survey to complete for a free chicken sandwich. They wouldn’t honor the email barcode I received that said I filled the survey and got a free chicken sandwich. So we ended up not getting it- and ordered a 12pc chicken nugget meal and a cold chicken wrap meal. After that it took so long trying to order and wait for them to go back and forth with the manager about the discount- by the time it came to get pay and get our food the fries and the chicken were lukewarm, and for some reason the lettuce on the chicken wrap was slimy. Gave it 2 stars because we were still able to eat the fries and the nuggets although they just weren’t good(to the standard we usually get from Chic Fil-A).
