I am a huge CSC fan and decided to visit the Hopkinsville location for lunch. I ordered at the drive thru- ordering a croissant classic carol meal with grape salad, a scoop of classic carol, and a classic carol quick chick to take home right before all the snow and ice hit. The service was great, the lady at the window was very professional, polite, and kind. I parked over in the large lot behind CSC to begin eating and noticed the chicken salad sandwich was almost at a room temperature and had no texture at all. It felt like I was eating mashed potatoes with a little crunch of celery here and there. So I brushed it off and ate my grape salad which was also not very chilled but still yummy, then I moved onto the scoop. It was just as bad as the sandwich, which led me to try my quick chick and it was also warm and not the same texture as every other chicken salad chick i e eaten has been. I was very disappointed with my experience, but I am not one to return and ask for a refund or new dish. I hate to say that I will not be returning to this location, which hurts my heart because it is so close to my home!!

I think I was the only customer. So no line. I got the food really fast. My favorite is Jalapeno Holly sandwich and tomato bisque. Delicious!

I was once a weekly customer but have stopped going unless I have a lot of time. The manager will sit there and watch as the line grows longer and she absolutely will not open a 2nd register. I've walked out more times than I can count due to the lack of service. Walked in at lunch twice last week and turned right around and left. Customers were lined up with only one register open.

This place is fantastic. The chicken salad sandwich on toasted white bread was delicious and the soup of the day, which was chicken pablano, was incredible. Cheryl's cookie is a super cool touch. I highly recommend this restaurant as it is a way better alternative than fast food and it's only a couple dollars more. Service was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. I need this place in Philadelphia immediately!

Delicious! I wish I tried this place sooner! I got the seasonal salad and some chicken tortilla soup. My new fav place to get something fast. Especially if you want something light on the belly. And the employees were so sweet. They gave my dog a treat :)
