Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got 2 drops of meat in my plate. Like honestly 2 drops. As if that's it. Yes. Every else is double. Visit chipotle everywhere but not here.

Today at 4:15 this black heavy set guy who had his hat on backwards with go t , was EXTREMELY RUDE & disrespectful . They had an OUTAGE sign written like this with small writing at the bottom. If nobody read it, they would just pull off, which is probably why the parking lot was empty (lazy). We parked slightly crooked & he caught a whole attitude telling us to Park riding straighten our car up. As soon as muscular looking man came in with his daughter. He was kind to him.
Message to him.. Sir, you have to be careful what you say to who you say it to. Some people have nothing to lose and they want them problems/ smoke. We could have had cousins/ brothers in that crooked parked car.

We regularly drive from Clarksville to Hopkinsville just for this Chipotle, and it never disappoints. During our latest visit, the store was quiet but seemed short-staffed. Despite this, Dequan welcomed us warmly and assured us he’d assist us shortly. Juggling multiple roles while training a new employee, he managed everything with impressive poise. Dequan crafted our bowls with care, accommodating our special requests perfectly. He also handled the checkout efficiently, ensuring we had everything we needed. His politeness and professionalism made our experience exceptional!

For 2 people, it cost me 36 bucks. I didn't even get a drink. You get up charged for cheese and guacamole, and the food is generic at best. The quality of the chain has gone down, and the prices are absurd. 16 bucks for a bowl is ludicrous. Not directed at the employees at all because they were all super nice.

I am here for the first time and will never come back here again in my life, these people ruined my appetite firstly and secondly my mood, I ordered a steak, but it was just rubbery, spoiled and raw, please do not come here do not ruin your mood this is a very bad establishment

Extremely dirty. The meat was burned into the bottom of the pan. The cold salsa and lettuce had frozen chunks of freezer burn all over them… Someone was taking the temperature of the meat while I was standing there and saw the quality that they were putting out and was OK with it. I would not recommend!!!!

Drinks and condiments are expensive. Not much to choose from. Probably won't go back.

I love Chipotle, but the protein at this location is NEVER fresh. Steak is dry, chicken is dry, and the pork doesn’t look like it was ever alive. Employees take no pride in their food. Consider yourself warned before you spend $20 a meal for last weeks chicken.

This specific location sucks. Everytime I order for pick up my order is wrong. Do better. I’m spending $40+ each time I order for a whole entire meal for a family. I ordered a quesadilla and they gave me a kids. I get people can mess up and make mistakes. But this is the third time it has happened…..

Don’t got a drive thru and then hung up all mean, the food good but you got to record them so they actually give you decent portions, and they act like they the boss and act like it’s crazy that you ask for a little more, then after asked that she me a big back b word and I just left
